Let’s start with the Banh Beo Chen! It’s a small-steamed rice cake topped with mushroom/grounded pork sauce. It came steaming hot and super delicious! Add a bit of fish sauce and hot chili and it will be the best thing you ever try!
The Mi Quang was also full of flavor. It’ll the mid-Viet style that is being transpire into their recipe. It reminds me of the true Miền Trung style food that you get from home.
The store was super clean and there is a wide variety of drinks as well. Their food menu is small but it focuses on the Mid region of Vietnam. We’ll be back to try more!

I love the grilled pork banh mi, it’s the best banh mi I ever had! The staff are amazing, Michael is so funny and accommodating! Amazing food and amazing people , truly authentic and fresh!
This is our second visit. Bánh bèo chén and bún mắm are so good ?. Staff are very friendly and made us feel at home. We will try banh cuon next time when we are in town again!
