Great family-owned cafe—the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch! I have dreams about the Euskadi sandwich and the quiche….everything is very reasonably priced as well.

Due to crowds, service can be slow on the weekends, I don’t suggest coming if you have somewhere to be or are in a rush. But what a lovely setting to sit, relax, and enjoy your coffee in!

What a delight to have this unique cafe that serves a variety of French style foods right in Filter Square! The breakfast choices are plenty and I'll be back to sample more.Good coffee and friendly service.

I love this place but I won’t go back or for a while. I called twice and no answer to pick up breakfast sandwiches so I decided to walk over. They were open and I asked about getting to go. And the young lady checked with the kitchen staff and she said no! But honestly if you don’t want people to take out you might as well have a sign in the window. I really wanted their food.

I walked in for the first time planning to order a sandwich to go so that I could eat it in the park. I was summarily yelled at, “No take away!” by the owner. The host shrugged sheepishly.I recommend Ants Pants a block away on South. Tastier food and friendlier service. Not as hard for them to wrap up a sandwich, it seems.

After first visiting in 2018, Café Lutécia established itself as one of my “must stop” places while in Philly. Always worth the wait to enjoy excellent food, service, and ambiance. A truly thoughtful restaurant and I am consistently delighted, thank you!!

This charming, family-owned spot is very cute and has a warm atmosphere. I like their pastries: we got croissant with jam and butter and cinnamon scone. We decided to go with the egg platters this time around. While initially quite plain – a canvas of just eggs – a sprinkle of salt and pepper brought them to life. The staff here couldn’t be friendlier, though I will say the popular weekend crowd means service can take a little while. So, if you’re planning a visit, a bit of patience will go a long way.

A fantastic, small, mom and pop French restaurant. Food is great, service is quick, and the staff makes you feel like one of the many regulars.
