I knew this place from TikTok. So I decided to come in. The place is small but cozy and clean and the staffs so sweet and friendly. I did order coffee and the noodles soup( bun bo vea ) I probably write it wrong.the noodles was so soft and soup was so good and the I ordered frank cake so delicious. I will be back again and I would recommend this place to friends and family

Delicious bun bo hue! I never had this soup before, but I loved it. I ordered less spicy and it still had a nice mild spice. All of the meat in it was tasty and tender. Definitely one of the best soups I've had and I eat a lot of soup. Cute small restaurant with about 10 tables. My server was very nice and attentive. Definitely check it out.

The bun bo hue here was awesome. Really deep flavor and noodles are bouncy. The pho broth is deep, didn't like the noodles. Bun bo hue is better.

Small quaint restaurant. The food is pretty good and it is served fairly quickly. I do not recommend you go with small children. One of the servers in their restaurant is a bit rude and inconsiderate. It really ruined the experience after that interaction. I probably will not return nor do I recommend any family go there.

Delicious Bahn mi! Been here a few times now, never disappoints.
One star off because they clearly haven’t updated their online menu prices in years, which means suddenly that $6.50 sandwich is $10+.
Still, I’ll keep eating them!

Philly has SO many Vietnamese options and I can safely say this is top 3. The people are extremely friendly and warm. The food is amazing. Never had a bad order. Their menu is unique and they have speciality items I haven’t seen elsewhere. Their broth is extremely flavorful. I wanna go through the whole menu, but it’s hard when you have favorites. Go try something new from here, you won’t regret it!

Absolutely great service and tasty food. The short rib was the most tender I have ever had. Been trying to make my short ribs this tender and still can’t. Prices as of 5/26/25 are perfect.

I stopped in on a rainy day after an appointment, hoping to relax, but instead I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The host greeted me when I walked in, but once I sat down, it was like I became invisible. She checked in with every other customer who came in after me—except me. Not once did she ask if I needed anything or if I was okay, even as she made sure everyone else was taken care of.

To make it worse, she kept staring at me the whole time, which made me feel even more out of place. The only difference I noticed between me and the other guests was that I’m Black. I hate to say it, but it really felt like discrimination.

After that kind of treatment, I know she still expected a tip, but she definitely didn’t earn it. Do better.

It’s a small place but we were able to grab seatings quickly. Service was quick and efficient. The food was very delicious & hit the spot perfectly (at least the two noodles we ordered).

Cafe Nhan is an instant favorite!!! The Bún riêu was flavorful with good crab meatballs and fresh vermicelli noodles. Overall it met and exceeded Thuy’s standard. “It’s always difficult to find a good bowl of Bún riêu.”… mission accomplished.

The Bún bò Huế was simply the main attraction that will keep me driving back to South Philly for years to come. The savory broth was a great mixture of spicy and a hint of sweet from the lemongrass. The beef was both moist and tender throughout every bite. The noodles tasted freshly made and a good mixture of meat to noodle ratio. Hands down Top 3 Bún bò Huế I’ve every tasted, including my mother-in-laws 🤫

The atmosphere is small and quaint. Great for a small gathering with friends/family. South Philly parking is always scarce but in the middle of the day there were several spots. After work hours, it may be challenging to find a good parking spot. This is more reason to stop by during lunch or the weekend.
