They charge any price they choose to charge. I got the same order two days in the row & paid different prices each day. It depends who is on the register. This location is not like other locations. Their food is not great at all & they are way too expensive. One time I asked for Turkey bacon & they still gave me pork bacon. Save your money & go elsewhere.

I am new to the area (for work) and happened to stop in old Nelson on Arch St for a quick sandwich. The prices are great , the service is even better, the staff are so nice and accommodating. I have had a few bad experiences for lunch and Old Nelson is NOT one of them! I will be returning really soon… I ordered the grilled chicken and sun dried tomato pannini … I quick asked them to sub out the pesto for some mayo and did not even bat an eye! Thank you 10/10

I ordered a sandwich without cheese...I was charged for cheese. I asked for receipt--hesitant to give to me, she finally did. Told her I didn't get cheese...she says cheese good. Don't try to act like you don't understand me, conveniently. You understand perfectly well that you tried to cheat me. How many others have been overcharged and never realized it?...they habitually do this by virtue of the fact she wasnt really trying to give me my receipt...guilt was all...
