Very very good chicken - bonus that it comes with a nice side of noodle soup! They only serve one thing here so you know it's good! It gets busy on weekends but they turn tables fast and you can always do take out. Our go to order here for 2 is a whole chicken plus 2 regular plain pho with extra habanero dipping sauce. You get the chicken, blood and gizzards and all! For take out they will happily keep the noodles raw so they aren't soggy by the time you get home, even though it's more work. Eat in is a better experience. For individual portions I was shocked at the generous portion of chicken in the chicken pho order, so you can just do that and keep it simple. The chicken is so perfectly silky when fresh, it's delicious dipped in the habanero sauce. Not as good leftover since the fridge changes the meat texture, so don't order more than you'll eat in one sitting. The broth and noodles are comforting and a great complement, but I come here for the chicken.

Delicious. Hole in the wall. Love the habanero vinegar salt dipping sauce for the chicken. The chicken is delicious (although I had heard there was liver and I didn't get any liver with mine, I'll have to ask next time I go in).The Pho broth was also delicious. I normally add hoisin sauce and sriracha to pho broth but this one didn't need it, it was already so flavorful.Will definitely be coming back.

Delicious authentic phở gà! The broth, chicken, and dipping sauce are delicious. The food came out almost immediately, there are no menus, and you go up to the register to pay, it feels just like home in Vietnam haha.

But the recent visit led to a major disappointment. Our usual order is 2x bowls of the regular plain pho and half a chicken. As seen in the photos, the visit a while back the bowl is filled with pho noodles. On the recent visit, the bowl was half full of noodles even though it was the same price. The two visits were about a month apart. Likewise, the chicken before was meaty but the recent chicken barely had any meats and didn't even look like it was half a chicken. The soup this time was also very bland not as flavorful as it used to be. To have a drastic change without any notice is disappointing since we would always come here to eat and leave with leftovers but this time we left feeling hungry. Additionally, there was barely any service. The only interaction between us and the staff was taking the order and bringing out the food. The staff also didn't even seem like they wanted to be there.

I don’t have an opinion about the service given that it was picked up for us by friends. However, the food is decidedly average at best. The pho base is healthy but has no flavor. I feel like I might as well boil water. I understand they use aged chicken but this was the also the toughest, most tasteless chicken I have ever eaten in my life. When you combine flavorless pho with flavorless chicken guess what you get! (The answer is no flavor.).Being perfectly frank: If you are sick and need something healthy, sure be my guest. It is easy on the stomach. But if you want Pho with any kind of flavor and taste in general, go somewhere else.

I've dined here since the first location that opened on Kensington Avenue. Back when the father and the mother ran the business. Today their son manages the business, and the mother still works in the back at the new location.From then till now, they have been skimming on the amount of chicken they provide.When I've ordered half a chicken on multiple occasions, I've found that a lot of dark meat has been missing. And when confronted they often said "the chicken is a small chicken".Everyone knows what half a chicken would look like. That excuse doesn't work (especially on multiple occasions)I'm afraid to order here again.I don't understand why anyone would needlessly skimp on the amount of chicken. Especially when on the menu, you specifically order "half a chicken". You really only get a third of a chicken.Just so that piece of chicken thigh can be saved for someone else's single bowl.

Pho is good. Perfect on a chilly day. The chicken is tender and not too chewy. Service is always friendly and quick. The restaurant could be a bit cleaner though. Tables are sticky and trash laying

Best pho ga and at pretty reasonable price. For 2 adults and a kid, we ordered 1/2 chicken and 2 large plain pho, and it was more than enough. The salt sauce goes well with the chicken. This is the only pho place I found chicken giblets served with pho, which I love. Service is fast as soon as you sit down.
