love their pastries and that they’re a bakery that stays open late (kinda uncommon here). I love their mini caramelized banana tarts but I they rotated them out for now with a key lime pie (sold out this time). Their dulce de leche cheesecake was amazing though

Recently ordered a cake for a special occasion. The 6" cake looked nice for $80+. Unfortunately was not over impressed with the cake quality given the shop's reputation. Will probably pass on this shop moving forward and try a different bakery.

I stumbled across Cake Life by accident with my best friend after grabbing lunch nearby, and I instantly fell in love. Then I found out they made Beyoncé’s birthday cake, and I was done—how could you not love this place?!
On my first visit, I had the Nanaimo bar, the honey butter biscuit with a side of butter, and the butterbeer drink. Everything was so yummy! I love Nanaimo bars but can never find them, so I was thrilled—and this one was exceptional....
