Avocado toast was odd. Lot of eggs (why?)… Arugula buried and steamed by the egg… goat cheese (why?) the toast itself was just a random piece of bread. Potatoes… why potatoes with it?

Everything's great happy hour prices are good regular time of the day prices are horrendously high. I don't care that you're in Chestnut Hill and it's high rent other places like McNally's managed to keep their prices down. I was in there with somebody who ordered a Malbec that was not even a great poor and it was $16 for a glass not a half a bottle of glass that's crazy good luck with all of that whoever owns Campbell's

We love this place! Delicious food and super friendly staff. This restaurant has an awesome vibe, great place to watch a game or enjoy a fancier meal at a booth or in the outdoor seating.

It’s decent bar food at an upscale restaurant price…
I remember it being much better 5 years ago so maybe the quality has just tanked since Covid.
Found this on a humble, and the shrimp tacos were AHMAZING! SO good I could not stop to take a picture!

We tried to have dinner… the owner was sitting outside discussing her dogs. Waited 20 minutes for someone to wait on us… I think that was overly optimistic, giving it a second chance. . Finally left.. never again!!
Walked down the street and had a fabulous experience at the Chestnut Hill Hotel.

Had higher hopes but it's a pass for me.
We ordered burger and chicken sandwich. Took FOREVER, then my burger, grilled onions and mushrooms were cold. Not even tepid, which would best describe my husband's sandwich.
Fries were hot and good but honestly not worth the wait.
They are probably understaffed as the team was hustling as best as they could.

Very inviting place with friendly staff. Definitely has some "local watering hole" vibes, went once but can tell it's a place full of regulars. Food was alright, and enjoyed the seating. Definitely a 3.5 of 5 spot and nice place to bring people.

Solid bar food, but paid more for it than I would an upscale restaurant in center city. They charge you for every little thing too. Want cheese on your burger? Extra. Need to pay with credit card? 3% service charge. 2 people to go to lunch with a beer each and chicken sandwich/burger. Meal was $70. There are similar options on the Ave with much cheaper prices.
