Would have given 5 stars if the place was open until 10pm. I showed up at 9:39pm n they were closed. They normally are open on the weekends and MABY one day during the week! Besides inaccurate hours of operation, the service is superb, ice cream is amazing and not over priced and the waits never too long !! Highly recommend this spot for the great quality and quantity of the products!! Just make sure u call before the drive over, most times they r closed..

Top tier customer service ! Friendly staff! Chris took great care of my cousin & I . My cousin got the chocolate banana smoothie & I got a cup of mint chocolate chip ice cream . They have numerous of flavors & toppings . If you have a sweet tooth while your in south Philly or anywhere in the city , definitely come here . I will definitely be back . ????

I ordered the apple pie sundae, let me say it reminded me of when you ordered ice cream when you where a child it was absolutely amazing. I could not get enough,I licked my bowl clean. Would recommend Canelos to anyone how just wants a good old fashioned sundae.

Just ordered delivery from Canelos for the first time & let me just say everything was amazing!! Staff was super nice. Delivery was extremely quick and my ice cream was still ice cold. Definitely my new “go-to” ice cream place!
