We love Carbon!! West Philly is so lucky to have them. Their beers are excellent (the Gully is my go-to), the staff is awesome, and the food is delish! The pizza of the week always keeps us on our toes in the best way. Highly recommend!
Waited for fifteen minutes to be served. After one drink I was informed the bartender was no longer comfortable serving me. I was lucid and coherent and ambulatory, and had not been a disturbance to any guests or employees. Being far from intoxicated, I suspected discrimination and requested an explanation as to why.
