Carbon Copy is making some great beers and this new location is brilliant. Sat at the bar and was served by friendly and attentive staff. Sports ball was on the tele. Excellent vibes in the air. Even had a candle burning in the bathroom. Add to it outstanding perogies from Mom Mom’s Kitchen and found the place to be a true winner - simply delicious. Would absolutely return. Cheers!
Welcome to the neighborhood ♥️
Nice selection of beers...VERY friendly staff! Great having Mom Mom's pierogis there...great and authentic Polish food! Don't sleep on this place!
Great new space featuring beer/wine and Polish-American food. Everything was tasty and there was no wait for seating. Friendly staff. T-shirts available for sale.
The pierogi were so good and reminded me of my grandmas homemade ones when I was a kid. Only tried the lite lager and it was full of flavor and very refreshing. Excited to have a new local hangout spot!
Pretty awesome new spot to hangout in the area! 👍🙌
Was a huge fan of the spot that was here before and happy to say having Carbon Copy and Mom Mom move in did not disappoint. Food and drinks are incredible and we’re excited to welcome them to the neighborhood!
Waited for fifteen minutes to be served. After one drink I was informed the bartender was no longer comfortable serving me. I was lucid and coherent and ambulatory, and had not been a disturbance to any guests or employees. Being far from intoxicated, I suspected discrimination and requested an explanation as to why. The explanation I received was from my bartenders manager who stated she believed I was swaying. I informed them I have a medical condition that causes these physiological symptoms and that I was no longer comfortable patronizing or supporting the establishment and would be leaving promptly, paid my tab with tip and left. As I was gathering myself to leave the patron who had been sitting next to me said “that was weird, I’m sorry that happened to you” and I’m grateful for that person’s perspective, whoever you are. I would advise avoiding carbon copy if you are a trans person or have a visible medical/mental health condition because this experience was humiliating and embarrassing. Carbon copy would do well to provide adequate staff training to better serve the community.
