The employees were not rude so I won’t fully give them grief. However they didn’t pay attention to detail. I asked for extra mayo and extra pickles. My sandwich was dry and I had maybe 8 slices of pickles. The turkey was slimy and cut way too thick for my liking! The dressings were fresh but the hoagie tasted way too generic and was way too small to cost me $21 for it.I’ve tasted $5 hoagies from poppy stores that would put this sandwich to shame! I was excited because most food in Reading Terminal is usually delicious. This however was a huge let down!!!

If you want rude and patronizing service along with over priced food that's not good this is the place to go.Otherwise there are many, many, many, many, many other cheesesteak joints you go to that will have better tasting good and will serve you without the little petty attitude.

Nothing special and definitely not worth the price!Bread has a leathery texture, the chicken steak was undercooked. $13 for a small/half cheeseteak and they don’t even provide paper napkins.Classic tourist trap.

Never thought that Philadelphia was so lively and this little market with all the eateries were mind blowing. I chose to stick to the regular chicken cheesesteak but added hot-hot peppers that were just a blast. Definitely recommend to everyone visiting PHL.

It is no the worst cheesesteak i’ve had. Quality of ingredients is not there. (Best part of the cheesesteak was the bread roll)Service is great! There is not much difference from a cheap street car cheese steak and carmen’s.

Ok I loved the Philly cheesesteak there. Although I can say it was a bit expensive but just look at the photo?

Famous Philly cheesesteak sandwich overpriced. Out of the 1-foot sandwich they cut off 2", add mushrooms, peppers, provolone cheese - and you get over $18 sandwich :(
