Wish we would have this establishment in New York. The Philly steak pizza is freshly made delicious and the gem of this place is choices of alcohol beverages and board games for entertainment. We will enjoy coming back again

Different Cheesesteak #1257. I was tired, cranky, and hungry. I was really happy when I found Carter’s. A nice young man was running the counter. I was really really happy when I found out they sold Victory Brewing Berry Monkey and that I could drink it while I ate my cheesesteak sitting at one of their tables on Chestnut St. The cheesesteak looked great. I was really really really enjoying myself. Then I put on my reviewer’s hat. For this cheesesteak to win any cheesesteak contests, everything needs to be a little better. They toasted the roll, which I like, but it was a little chewy. The meat felt a little stringy. The onions were oily. These are the things I think they need to improve to go from very good to great.

Got the bulgogi cheese steak and a tall boy. Hit the spot. The sandwich was huge and packed with meat. The dining area was small so it could become cramped when busy.

Cheesesteak pizza give no hint of cheesesteak no onions , no bell pepper , no salt/pepper, no cheese wiz. Regular pizza with sliced beef. The asian sandwich was surprisingly good! Hit or miss on specialty items. Free fries, yeah I see why barely fried, angel hair fries, very greasy & soggy.

Best pizza in UC. Truly some of the the best I’ve had in years. I always get a pizza loaded and it was perfectly cooked and didn’t fail under the weight of my toppings. Respect.

Wow! I ordered a Cheesesteak w. American Cheese and it was soo yummy! Love the toasted seeded roll and the steak was perfectly cooked.
