The food tasted a lot like Garlic, it was impossible to eat it, the attention was very little, a long time to wait for my food. I didn't like anything about it, I don't recommend it.

Came here because the one on 5th street is always great soon as I walked in with my wife got no service and when you tell them thank you they look at you like your crazy I ordered the fish and right away I noticed the fish was old and recook so I ask to have a new one made and when it came back they told us it was a mistake so that tells me they do it all the time passing off old food I will never go again if there was only two options eat here or death then tell my wife and kids to pick out my flowers for my funeral

Ordered the ensalada de pollo - chicken wasn’t crispy, wasn’t even breaded. Half the ingredients they mention in the salad were missing. Never got my toast. And to top it all off, they literally filled the salad container with dressing, I felt like I was eating a bowl of cereal with how much dressing they put in the container. Gross. 1st and last time I’ll ever order from there.

I called to order for delivery, the girl asked me if I had ordered before and then she left me on the phone for 7 minutes, I had to hang up and call again and she answered me immediately, I don't understand what the point was of leaving me waiting...??♂️ They should give their employees some education and customer service training because seeing the other reviews I am not the first to give a bad opinion about their staff... apart from that the mofongo was very good and did not take long to arrive??
