I ordered a large pizza for delivery today as they were advertised as open. I ordered at 6 pm and waited for 3 hours until I finally decided to get up and walk the 20 minutes there. To my surprise, they were closed! So I'm out of my money and I never got the pizza I ordered! I want my money back, and I will never be ordering from them again!

Visiting from Tulsa, Oklahoma, my aunt ordered a delivery to the house. The menu has a wide selection of entrees at very reasonable prices. The person I ordered from over the phone was very polite and the delivery was quick and also the gentleman who delivered our order was very very polite. The best part was the food was hot and very very delicious! Thank you for amazing customer service and delicious food that was worth every penny.

Update 10/2024 I went in and I was greeted by the ladies at the registers. I really felt welcomed. The restaurant looks great. So nice and clean. They have nice seating areas for you to stay and enjoy your food. I got my usual and it didn’t disappoint. All the ladies were nice, especially one in particular. Her customer service was wonderful and she would be the reason I will come back. Thanks for your great customer service.
Years ago.. The sausage pizza is good, but the customer service is not the best. I came in the store when we were still able too and no one greeted me. I still stood there waiting, but No one asked if i needed anything. All three men just looked at me and just continued doing what they were doing. I walked out and i will never patronize this place again.

3 weeks ago, we had chicken cheese steaks and they had bones in them. Bland and soggy. They didn’t believe us. They told us to bring them back and they would refund us. We will NEVER order anything from them again.

I’ve been ordering from Castor Pizza for 7 years now and tonight is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed. Ordered a plain pizza but it was dry and burnt. My daughter did not say anything but when I came and saw that, I was highly disappointed. It was hard as a rock with burnt cheese and no sauce. I called but you guys but you were already closed.

Cannot say enough good about Castor Pizza. ☝️? I grew up in this neighborhood back in the day so it's sentimental but the reality is the food is outstanding. Get the Grilled chicken caesar salad and their cheese steak. Thank me later. The service just as excellent. The young ladies working there are all absolutely beautiful but more importantly, good people. They go out of their way to help somebody with disabilities.
