I came today around 2:45 am. The website says they open at 11 am. I called them and they said they open at 4pm. I came back at 4pm. I called again and they told me they opened at 4:30. 4:30 came and it wasn’t open. I tried calling and got left on voicemail. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

They scammed me! i went to use their atm and it let me use the atm. Then it shut down and their maintenance worker with a beard came and shrugged his shoulder said nothing he can do dispute the charge. I actually get into an argument with the manager here Blonde hair heavy set older woman and she tells me that if the money wasn’t dispensed there shouldn’t be any issues and just being very immature. I dispute it and a month later they said i got my moneyIve been calling and asking with no avail they said the actual place made a report saying my money was dispensed. . I am extremely upset with this place it’s a total scam. Plus the drinks are watered down and the manager is very rude! I have proof of transactions and i have the dates. I need answers. Do not go here use their atms or spend money here they add charges in to your card when you aren’t present

Food was burnt and undercooked, regular soda tasted like dirty water, the atmosphere was nice but everybody had an attitude that worked there, the Dj could have been better especially for Caribbean night. $30/Parking, $20/each to get in and an automatic 18% gratuity added to your bill as you order at the counter…chicken tenders and wings without fries $52…..

Ended the night by the water with a couple drinks. Wasn't too busy so the vibe was chill and the breeze by the bridge was great to end our night

Honestly should be free to get in since food and drinks have
18%+gratuity definitely have to know what bar to go to cause some pour half shot and still charge for full shot nice outdoor setting great time for sure ile definitely go back.

First and last time at this establishment. Place is very fishy!! So I requested my receipts after each transaction after watching a bartender pocket someone’s change, after trying to get the bartender attention for it, she just walked away. After checking my bank statement, I notice an up charge and a transaction I didn’t approve. No surprise there!

My sister and I attended River Deck yesterday evening (8/9/25). We both ordered the chicken sandwich, I had mine crispy, while she ordered grilled chicken. Overall the food was mediocre at best. It was hot and the sandwiches were huge but nothing to rave about.

For the most part the bartenders we encountered were very pleasant, until our last encounter. She was very rude and I told my sister not to tip her, she turned around very rudely and says “the gratuity is included” so that gives you the okay to be rude to people? Disgusting!!

The DJ was trash. He couldn’t read the room. Very dry! A lot of low points, he couldn’t transition between songs. It just didn’t make any sense at all.

Short story: Food sucks and the manager’s customer conflict resolution is comical.

Long story: My friend and I sat seconds after another party of two. Besides us and the other party of two, the entire place was empty. They had already finished eating and packing up their leftover food before we received ours. We ordered two burgers cooked medium. When it arrived, the fries were cold and the burgers were cooked well done…but also cold.

We were prepared to just deal with it, as we were very hungry at this point and at least it was cooked in general. But our bartender noticed that I was pretty dissatisfied, which I highly appreciate and I explained to her the situation. She had the manager come over. The manager explained that food prepares at different times, and burgers generally take longer to cook. Maybe if we ordered it well done like it came, I’d understand that. Also I have worked in many restaurants and as a manager as well, so I do understand that. No guest should have to wait over 40 minutes for their food, especially when the establishment is empty. She then said because we ate all the food, all she could do is offer us a free round of drinks. We did not eat all the food. I ordered a Coca Cola that was the color of a pale iced tea and he had a can of IPA that he had to wipe off because the top was covered in dirt, so we declined on that offer.

Also his seat was broken.

I loved it here!! This place is a whole vibe. The music was on point,the food was good,and the outdoor atmosphere was awesome. Definitely deserves another visit!

Food and drinks were really good.

Place was empty but it took an hour to get a very basic meal order. Half of our drink orders were forgotten. Food was cold, overcooked, and very bland.
