Comfort environment

I order food and they charged me for liquor tax when I ask about it the manager came up with a attitude instantly because I asked him to explain why… he then tried to turn it around and say I was rude for asking however he walked up without saying anything to me so I wasn’t even aware of who he was … the customer service here is horrible with the upper employee level …the ppl who took my order were great . I am a dark skin woman and I have an attitude however my light skin friend took my took my recipe and complained of the exact same thing and he brought her a drink!!!! I wasn’t even look to get a refund I just didn’t think it was ok to charger ppl liquor tax on food !!!!!! Only black ppl come to river deck yet all the bar and food staff is white !!!!!!!

We love the layout of this place. You can go wherever you want to and have privacy or just enjoy the view with others. The food is mouth watering and came out in no time! DJ is on point and knows how to work the crowd. Gorgeous views and comfortable seating everywhere!

I’ve been here twice for carribean night (sundays) and it was absolutely amazing, probably one of the best vibes in any club i’ve been to in the city. my drinks have been good the music and vibes immaculate and they do a pretty good job of switching the music and the vibe up.

only thing i would say is i wish there were more opportunities to give song requests, they do have a number to send song requests to but from the last time i was here, a lot of the same music was being played. that being said the vibes were still immaculate and i had a great time and I definitely will be back many more times to come.

Parking: Parking was decent dave and busters garage is walking distance (you can see cavs from the garage) it’s free to park there and just walk down, there is street parking but you’d have to walk a block or so and it’s very tight.

Had a great time until i asked the dj to play a song. The bouncers said I could request songs so I did so politely and the dj @officialmartinmusic was extremely rude to me saying “you don’t gotta yell in my ear” as if the music wasn’t on 100% volume. I made a normal request like everyone else and it that ruined my night. Don’t recommend going unless you like strictly untz untz music and watered down drinks

Awful security, they go around touching all the females because they think they “can” then I say please don’t do that and they kick me and my whole group out.
