I’ll start by saying the only reason this didn’t get five stars is that it took an inordinate amount of time to get the pizza. To the point where I thought we were forgotten as there weren’t that many tables…super friendly service but the oven can only cook seemingly 1-2 pizzas at a time so it takes a WHILE (probably ~40 minutes order to table). But if you have the time, the pizzas are amazing.
Started with the short rib special. This was pretty good. I didn’t feel like the salsa verde added much. Crust ever so slightly burnt but in a way that I enjoyed.
The true star, though, is the Fun Guy. The caramelized onions on this pie elevated it to another level I’ve never experienced and may be one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Would absolutely come back for this alone.
The space is hip. BYOB and chill overall with tons of tables.

New school tomato pie and kale Caesar was amazing! I’ve been to reanimator next door in the morning's and see the owner prepping for the day and you can tell his heart and soul are invested in this restaurant. 10/10 would highly recommend

Without a doubt we enjoyed the best dinner here last night! Had the pepperoni pizza with hot honey,so good, tasted the vodka sauce pizza, very good, and the pizza special, a lemon mushroom that was so unique and beyond delicious! Started with the kale caesar salad which everyone at the table loved, the pizza all yummy, and the gelato with pistachio and olive oil! I tell you, so good!! This place is awesome, Go, you will be so glad You did!!!

The best pizza in Philly! Truly such an amazing experience. Everyone is very friendly and so patient with the customers. The kale Cesar salad is the best Cesar salad I’ve ever had. The pizza was also so amazing!! Has rotating specials that are a fan favorite every time. Brought my whole family here and they haven’t stopped talking about it since! Highly recommend!!

I feel like the only thing I need to tell you is to come here and eat your crust. I'm a serial crust non-eater and here I slammed a whole pie.
It was earlier on a Friday that I showed up with my partner. It was his birthday weekend and I wanted to start off with something special and boy did I happen to choose correctly. We walked in and sat at the counter, and grabbed some water and napkins. We ordered our pies and began chitchatting with the person next to us and the folks behind the counter. What a lovely group of people, and let me tell ya the views from the counter are worth fighting over
After some great chat and some funny jokes our pies came out and they were GORGEOUS. Perfectly browned, bubbly, cheesy, fatty, and they tasted as incredible as they looked. The flavors were so well balanced on the special drunken shroom, and the pepperoni is now my new favorite pepperoni. We were offered a slice of tomato pie and I did say I liked anchovies and ended up with some on top. We closed dinner with the pistachio and sweet cream swirl.
All in all: come sit at the counter, order the special, make friends, feel special, even if the day isn't that special. This place and these folks will make you feel at home.

Awesome new pizza place. The kale Caesar is a perfect starter, super fresh and flavorful with lots of parm and breadcrumbs. The pizza is pretty close to perfect. Crust is super light and fluffy but perfectly crispy. The vodka sauce pie was delicious with some added pepperoni and the special the Drunken shroom was a great white pie. Finished off the meal with some pistachio and cream soft serve topped with a little olive oil. Amazing meal, awesome service from the owner and staff. Can’t wait to go back.

been here twice- Pizza is really good with a substantial crust/base (not typical flimsy neapolitan). all 4 pies we’ve had have been cooked perfectly with mild Char (Ha) not burnt. cheese and ingredients are high quality. The kale salad is refreshing and the meatballs are the best i’ve had in philly (they’re filling). the folks that work there here are nice and welcoming

Not worth the money at all. Barely a pie at all. Half the size of a normal pie you are getting for $20 in the city, barely any cheese, no under crust. The pie could barely hold heat before you got it to your mouth. Not enough for the price tag IMO.
