I recently went to the checkers on Lancaster avenue and it was terrible. I ordered off of the checkers app and not only did they get my order wrong, the food was horrible. I ordered two big Buford burgers and neither of them were what I asked for, but I didn't make it a big deal - until I started eating the food. The buns were crunchy and inedible that I nearly through up. The only thing that was good was the fries. My order was supposed to include two apple pies, which was not there and when I asked about them they said that they didn't have any more and I couldn't get a refund.
About a week before that I went to that same location and had no problems, but I believe it was because there was a completely different staff at the time. That particular staff was spot on and had everything good to go and was efficient. This time though, this staff consistent of young boys goofing around, playing on their phones and taking their time.
Hopefully that was a one time thing but if that continues something has to be done. Like I stated earlier, my previous visit was the complete opposite, but that could've been because it was doing the week around rush hour. This time it was on a late Saturday night where they apparently have kids running the show.
Maybe I'll give them one more try but if things don't get any better than I may have to consider another location, or leave checkers alone all together, because this was a terrible experience.

My Door dasher had to wait for over an hour for my food And they said they was very rude to him for asking how long it was going to take.And the food gave me instant diarrhea 10 minutes after eating it !!!!🤮🤮🤮

Came there to pick up my mobile order. They made me park and wait an hr I keep asking for my order. Then one boy said someone came and pick up my order thinking I was a delivery driver and I WASNT! It was my own mobile order I was picking up. Then they proceeded to say they didnt have it.So I left without my food and I paid. I will be contacting as high as I can go about this matter. It’s the principle!

DO NOT GO HERE! The store is dirty and staff are lazy entitled children, I've visited this location on two different occasions and will never go back. First visit, no menu in the store and staff was unwilling to assist with my order so I left. Second visit there was a menu with zero pricing, the girl at the counter acted like it was an issue to tell us what things cost, then I was told they didn't have the sandwich advertised and the employee rudely walked away from me while I was speaking to her attempting to place an order. Please train the staff, fire everyone, or close this location again!
