Waited literally 2 1/2 hrs for the food and then they did not even deliver our correct order! Paid $80 for this meal and did not get everything that I was supposed to, it was Cold what we did get and the delv time from the original that we placed was delayed by more than an hr!!!! And when u try to contact them they do not answer! I def want a refund for the product I did Not receive which was the Egg foo young

So shocked ordered tonight the wonton egg drop soup had no flavor ! My bone in spare ribs had no meat even on the tips ! I can’t believe after 30 years it has changed so much a month ago I would have said they got better the ingredients were freash veg etc and great flavor what’s going on ? Why can’t food be consistent in Frankford?😪

I ordered from this establishment by accident. Went in to get my food and immediately was served by someone with the nastiest demeanor. So bad that I asked for my money back and decided not to patronize this business. Establishments like this one in urban neighborhoods customer service is horrible. Forgetting that the neighborhood puts food on the table. I will never EVER make the mistake of ordering from here again. I also hope the neighborhood reminds them of why customer service is important.

Many of the reviews for this place are very positive, but pro tip, look at the names of those reviewing. Anyone who describes food as "tasty" or "Yummy" watched way too much disney as kids and avoided cartoon network. The food is trash. Thats the reality. No pork in the pork fried rice, they charge extra to swap eggrolls, even though they're all the same price, and it was undercooked. I know that the eggrolls are frozen so the owners think its okay to send uncooked rolls, but thats not for me. The rice had way too much raw onions, the L1A. Bourbon Chicken didnt taste like anything, and the 7. Fried Wonton(10) had no flavor as well. Place isnt worth it.

The first time I loved the low main, I ate it without worries but the second time my one year old baby was waiting to eat with me so I tried the food. Since I saw it I found something that I thought was a piece of vegetable and when I tried it it had a strange sensation, I took it out of my mouth and stared at it, it seemed shrunken, when I stretched it with my fingers, it was a surprise... disgusting ! And to think that I put that insect in my mouth. I don't recommend buying here for anything in the world!!!

The quality of the food was very bad...first off, it was super oily...like the food was swimming in oil, and the fried chicken tasted like dish wash soap. Overall, it just wasn't good. I wouldn't recommend this place. We threw out the food because we were so disgusted.
