I gave this place several tries , there's a reason haitian establishment are not in the up like the rest of these restaurants, POOR COSTUMER SERVICE and this place is no difference. Its not just philly , jersey and NYC customer service is trash too. And not only you have poor customer service but the food is terrible! Like I said I have this place several tries before writing this review. Who ever in that kitchen should do something else, cooking aint it!! I would call before leaving willow Grove pa and I get there my order still aomt ready and I have to wait. DO BETTER

My goodnessI have never experience something like thatI waited 19 minutes to place an order but unfortunately I had to leave without my order, although I wanted to eat some Haitian food but I don’t have all day. This is not a joke, no one in line waiting and no one seems to care whether I wanted to place an order or.You know the funny think, 2 women came right after me and they got their bags of bread but still no one care to ask me, when I asked why.The dude stated I just got here. Two customers who were before me even stay behind to pledge for me but that also did not help. Therefore I don’t think this restaurant will see my face ever again.

Unfortunately I didn't receive the experience everyone else in the reviews seemed to had received. We waited about 2 hrs for our food if not more, the customer service was pretty disappointing, even then we tried to be understanding and patient and when we got the food, it was terrible, the worst I've ever had to be honest. Very disappointing after spending so much money and I'm from out of town. ?

The food isn't that great, while they try to be polite to me. Unfortunately, overall, the cook was very nasty to me.

The food is good (sometimes), but the lady’s attitude is disgusting and turns me off from ordering there again. I’ve ordered there before and have ignored her terrible customer service but this time was the last straw. I ordered my food for pick up and then called her to see if my food was ready. She raises her voice and says “I’m busy and can’t keep answering the phone. You have to come in and wait for your food”. She always seems to be having a bad day and takes it out on her customers. And not to mention they’ve been increasing their prices and decreasing the amount of food given.

The food here was amazing. The environment was family oriented. In the sense of being very homey. Instead of being a customer you are more like a family member. I truly enjoyed the jerked goat. And the cold slaw was spicy and cold. A very interesting experience. It is easily accessible. Parking is limited on the street near the building. However u can call in advance to have your order prepared and ready upon pick up..

Small cute place, food is good. I personally am in love with the tassoit kabrit ( fried goat) chunks. It's Soo!! Good. Prices aren't bad either. Pic not so good but the food was as you can see I dived in before remembering to take a picture . But word of advice, call and order ahead because the wait is long when it comes to Haitian food.

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. The best Haitian food I’ve had in years. Extremely reasonable prices. It took a minute, but the staff loosened up, and were engaging. You get a good amount of food for the price. The food will remind you of your grandmother, mom, or aunties cooking. Well seasoned, and delicious.
