Been here a lot of times. Never failed with their tea, clean area and the staff is very nice and humble. My fav is their Dong Ding Tea with cream superb! You should visit this place once you go to China Town!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! This milk tea shop is incredibly disappointing and downright dishonest. They DO NOT USE REAL MILK in their drinks but instead rely on CHEAP, UNHEALTHY NON-DAIRY CREAMER, which is made from hydrogenated vegetable oils, glucose syrup, and other additives. These ingredients can harm your health if consumed frequently. THE MENU CLAIMS IT’S “CREAM”, which most people would naturally assume means fresh, animal-based cream. This is blatant false advertising!
When we questioned the staff, one employee ADMITTED they do not use real milk. But then they tried to BACKTRACK AND CONFUSE US, claiming the creamer “might” have some animal components. Their excuses were laughable. To make matters worse, their attitude was TERRIBLE. They REFUSED to remake the drinks or issue a refund, blaming US, THE CUSTOMERS, for “misunderstanding” their deceptive menu.
We could tell from the FIRST SIP that this was NOT real milk. When we asked for proof by requesting the ingredient list, they flat-out REFUSED. This is A SHOCKING EXAMPLE OF CONSUMER FRAUD. They are cutting costs by using the cheapest ingredients and LYING TO CUSTOMERS while doing so.
If you care about honesty, health, and good service, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It’s unacceptable for a business to operate like this. Don’t waste your money or your trust!
Great tea
Very delicious
Literally my mental support boba place
I really like that the teas are all brewed to order! Their drinks by default are not too sweet. the caffeine kick is pleasant and it’s not too overpowering. Sometimes the wait is extremely long on the weekends just to keep that in mind!
Nice place. The staff îs nice!
Very unique bubble tea shop compare to other bubble tea shops, they use real tea leaves for their bubble tea! Very organize & customer friendly services!
Got the mango creamy tarte that was seasonal and the dong ding tea with cream mousse. The mango creamy tarte did not have adjustable sugar. I don’t like very high sugar drinks, and I thought this was too sweet. I know others enjoy it though, so if you have a higher sugar tolerance it will be good.
The oolong tea was good. The cream was very tasty and not as salty compared to others.
The place was crowded, but the wait was manageable.
I worked in tea shop and I know they carry a decent selection of authentic Taiwanese tea. I can confirm how they handle tea leaves and boba(zhenzhu) is very careful and appropriate. Dong ding+cream+Taro ball (or boba), less sugar and no ice is my recommendation.

Best bubble tea in Philadelphia! Tastes fresh and delicious tea flavor just like bubble tea I had in Taiwan!
Loved Chi Cha when I had it overseas and was very excited to get to have it in the States. It's usually very busy and packed so there can be little to no seating available. The line is long but that's usually to order drinks. Everyone else is waiting for their drink which takes a while (5-10 min) to get your drink. We came back 3 times and ordered 2 drinks each time to try something new. The boba is mostly good and chewy but sometimes can be a little mushy. The drinks are amazing and very refreshing. Staff are also very nice and happy to answer questions.

It's a small popular boba store. Expecting 15-30 mins wait time on average, and probably longer during busy time. I tried the bubble milk tea and a cassia black tea with mousse . They both were good. I can see they make individual tea cup right and then, so not just pouring out from pre-made tea. So the fresh ingredients, tea quality, and standard is on a higher end. Their tea also isn't too sweet. I also ordered mine less sweet, so it came out just how much sweet I like. However, it's not like a wow milktea to me.

This is probably the most popular bubble tea shop right now, with crowds of people lining up. I ordered a King Bubble Tea with low sugar, and the pearls were incredibly chewy and delicious! The flavor of the milk tea reminded me of the taste from my childhood. Overall, it was quite good. While it’s a bit pricey for the size, it’s definitely worth it. The shop is clean and bright, and the service is quite fast.
