Totally worth the price- excellent quality freshly brewed tea. I enjoyed the Cassia black tea with boba and the foam on top, with a light sugar level. The boba was still warm with the perfect softness that melts in the mouth. Definitely will be back!
Very disappointed in the drinks. We ordered a dong ding latte that just tasted like milk and the osmanthus honey that just tasted like sweet water. Maybe they forgot the teas? Just upset we spent $15 on two drinks that were less than mediocre.
Extraordinary and enriched tea flavors in all types of drink.
I’m really not the type of person who leaves bad reviews, but I was honestly so disappointed tonight. I got to the store around 8:35 PM and only saw two employees. One of them took my order at around 8:40, which was fine — but after 10 minutes, a girl came over and told me they didn’t have Mousse at all, so I had to change my drink. No big deal, I was okay with that.
But by 9:00 PM, I still hadn’t received my drinks. I had been waiting 20 minutes just for two drinks. And I left at 21:05,,, Finally!!!
I totally understand things can get busy, but there wasn’t even a line at that point. I just really hope they can work on service speed and communication a bit more!!!
Decent drinks from Taiwan
Fresh brewed tea, tasty boba. Go to for bubble tea in Chinatown.
I went in with high expectations, but both the Brown Sugar Bubble Tea and the classic Bubble Milk Tea tasted too light for me—soft tea notes, not much brown sugar depth, and overall a bit flat. Aesthetics-wise, the place is a win: bright, crisp, and I liked to watch the whole drink-making process start to finish. It just didn’t hit flavor-wise for my palate, so it felt a bit overhyped. That said, my friend absolutely loved it, called his drink a 10/10, so if you prefer a lighter, less intense boba, this might be your spot!
I've always heard so much about Chicha San Chen, but I never got the hype. I found their teas to be good but nothing special (maybe my expectations were too high, so I was underwhelmed). The wait here can get a bit long as they're so busy, but there's some seating to wait at.
My favorite bubble tea place in Chinatown, my go to is the mango osmanthus oolong.
Some things to know before you go: They have one size, it's maybe 12 oz? The price is a bit high for the small size but they do brew the tea fresh. Don't go here if you like really sweet bubble tea. I'm giving 4 stars becauss my friends and I went yesterday and it took 15 minutes to get our drinks..It looked like they had an online order or two to fulfill but then the people ahead of us got their drinks before us too. Ended up missing our train lol. We probably got them at a busy time, I just wish we'd known that it was going to take so long. Still my go to place though.
Great milk tea, I enjoyed the strong tea flavor and unique taste. However, with light sugar it still feels a bit too sweet for me. They also have credit card fee.

High quality tea. Worth the wait!
Best bubble tea in Philadelphia at the moment. So so good. I wish they have a bigger size lol
The boba was very good. Went here twice and it was really good. However they charge a fee for using card for purchases under $10
The lemon tart tea is amazing! They only have traditional boba, no popping bubbles, but it wasn't necessary with the delicious tea flavors they had
The absolute best bubble tea I’ve ever had! So fresh, brewed to perfection, never too sweet, generous toppings. Wouldn’t change a thing :)
