Idk who it was but one girl came out of the back fried as HELL šŸ˜šŸ˜ā˜ ļø The old lady who took my order sounded short and wait took a little long too but the food was ok. My nuggets were pink and mushy.

I regret to inform you that the service provided during my recent visit was unsatisfactory. I had placed an order for a grilled chicken sandwich club, a spicy chicken sandwich meal, and an order of nuggets. Upon receiving my order and inspecting it, I discovered that the grilled chicken club sandwich was missing from the bag. The order only contained the spicy chicken sandwich (not deluxe), nuggets, and fries.

I stood in line for 25+ minutes for a frosted lemonade all for YVETTE to tell me that she won’t make me one because the line is long!!! The machine was working and everything! Other workers were making people frosted drinks!

Chick-fil-A on N Broad Street stands out for its consistently quick service and friendly staff, managing to maintain a pleasant atmosphere even during busy hours. The quality of food is commendable, with classics like the original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich and Waffle Potato Fries being favorites. While there was an instance of a mix-up with an order, the issue was promptly addressed. The restaurant’s commitment to freshly prepared food with quality ingredients is evident, and the variety of options, including breakfast and salads, caters to a wide range of tastes. Additionally, the location offers catering services, perfect for group events. Although closed on Sundays, the restaurant’s operational hours are convenient for most. An online ordering app could enhance the customer experience further, making it even more convenient for patrons to enjoy their meals.

Of the many Chick-fil-A I’ve been to, this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Avoid if there’s any sort of line until they can figure themselves out.

Ghetto & the hall needs to keep kids under 18 from coming in there after school and crowding around. I've never been to a "bad" chick-fil-a, but this one takes the crown ?. I've been to Chick-fil-As where the employees were standing outside taking orders when it was cold and flurries and still provided outstanding service. They're inside and can't even get it together. Their card machines and systems are always down.
