I usually place big orders at Chick-fil-A, and I’m often disappointed to find something missing when I get home. Today, I decided to pull over and check my order before leaving, and sure enough just like before they forgot two large fries. I went back to the drive-thru to let them know, but instead of a simple apology, the manager came out to check our bags as if we were lying. That was frustrating and insulting, because I would never lie or try to steal. Very disappointed. Do better, Chick-fil-A.

We had such a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A today — and it’s all thanks to Austin! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel truly welcome. His service was fast, attentive, and incredibly kind. He even checked on us during the meal, which made everything feel personal and cared for.

We very pleasantly surprised: the food was amazing quality, cashier was very nice and gave us time to form our order, and over all people working at this place were very welcoming. Bathrooms were very clean and easy to find, with is a huge plus. Over all the whole building, tables, etc, were clean. We also liked the small things like flowers on the tables and mint candy + alcohol wipes they provided after we finished eating. 100% recommend! ❤

Best Chicfila I’ve been to ever! Everyone was so kind to us and made our experience amazing! We ate inside and waited about 5 mins for our food which was completely expected and fine, however they gave us a gift card for a free sandwich for our wait! The food was fresh and the best we’ve had. While we ate an employee asked us if we needed anything! This chicfila exceeded our expectations for a fast food spot and we will definitely be back!
