I frequent this location weekly since it’s close to my job at the navy yard. I’m used to the long lines due to this location being busy, but today I had a rude encounter. I placed a mobile order and went inside to get it. There were two employees taking each other, and the closest one near me (since I’m standing near the counter/pos) glanced at me and continued on with her convo without assisting me. She continued to talk to that employee for 5 minutes doing absolutely nothing work related until another employee told her “you have a customer waiting”. She again glanced at me and still proceeded to talk to the other employee. I thank the employee who took two seconds to ask me what I needed, handed me my food, and went about her day.

I love chick-fil-a! 😋 I had an issue with my sandwich not being made correctly. I spoke to the manager and she fixed it! That was the best chicken sandwich of my life! It was sooooo good and it was on the house! It was my pleasure 😍

terrible. first of all, the staff weren’t welcoming and gave me a dirty look. The food was the worst of all, the nuggets that they gave me were genuinely a cowardly excuse of a “nugget.” they were so unworldly tiny, i definitely was not full after finishing my meal. last of all, my fries were unnecessarily COLD and so unflavorful with no seasoning on it. Do better.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I asked an African American lady about how some of the items are cooked, and honestly, it was frustrating. Every time I go to a Chick-fil-A, the potato products are never cooked well-done—they’re always undercooked and end up being a little hard. So, I decided to ask about the bacon, hoping for a better answer.
To my surprise, she told me that none of the products are fully cooked. That’s not just disappointing—it’s a health hazard. While I do appreciate her honesty, the attitude was completely unnecessary. It wouldn’t have hurt to be a little more professional.

Thinking about simple dinner/snack and looks around inside store -little mess, is this chick-fil-A or McDonald? Just curious question Seems looks like it when going to restroom or watching employees talking instead cleaning up store! Chick-fil-A has better reputation and management systems than McD if learning from history of business! I hope will be improved for great bug name
