This location was pretty good, the service was good, the food was good and put together in a presentable way. The nuggets were actually nuggets and not scraps, this was maybe my go to chikfila when I do patronize the brand.

first-time customer, bought 2 chicken biscuits paid around $9.00 for them they were not worth it. The chicken was bland, and the biscuits fell apart, I do not see how people are going there. They are overpriced crap. There are better options around, and the drive is the stupidest thing I have seen.

Wow completely blown away by the generosity of the company. Dylan the manager is such an exceptional human being. I work with youth emergency services which is a shelter in the city for teens. Every year I arrange a holiday event where I come teach and have ppl bring gifts for the teens, do haircuts and a hairstylist. This year the woman who offered to cater cancelled last minute. But luckily Dylan was able to put together a bunch of food for the teens. Donate it by this location, absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude. The compassion in the kindness is unmatched here forever grateful for them and so are the children at youth emergency services on Fairmount Avenue!
Maddie the team leader has such great customer service I came in with an emergency my phone was dead and I needed to charge it to order my food and an Uber home and she helped me with no hesitation!! I come here all the time and it was greatly appreciated.
Online order pickup is seamless, service is very friendly, food is good, and nobody off the street is asking me for cash in the drive through. No complaints
