Chick-fil-A at Northeast Tower Center

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I dined in person, and the service was extremely disappointing. A girl named Rose was helping me, and she was completely unprofessional. I’m not sure if she’s a manager, but her attitude was rude and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I saw a roach crawling on the front counter behind the lemonade machine. I immediately asked to speak to a manager, but no one ever came to address the situation. This is not the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A. The staff should treat guests with respect and maintain a clean environment. I won’t be returning.

The food is good, but the door dash orders are always messed up. Every single time I’ve door dashed from here , there is either something missing or they include the wrong items.

We went here to eat dinner and when we were ordering the lady was rude and kept saying that she couldn’t hear me, I can hear you, I can understand you, she was taking the order while she was inside texting on her phone and talking with her co-worker.

BEWARE, YOU WILL GET SICK EATING FROM THIS LOCATION I otdered a Salad, the lettuce was dirty brown, very brown, all of the lettuce was brown, so disgusting and disturbing, don't order salads from this location, you will receive dirty brown lettuce, terrible, they should be ashamed of themselves, I would love for the owner to have to feed this disgusting salad to his family, so gross. STAY AWAY. You Will Get Sick eating at this location, Food is Dirty and disgusting,
