Honestly the worst Chick-fil-A sandwich I’ve had. Dry.. old, luke warm. Very disappointing, especially considering the fact that I went near opening too.
Service was.. okay? Not typical Chick-fil-A service. The drinks were warm, had to ask for a proper amount of ice. Some people like that I guess? But when serving ice teas you typically put much more ice to cool the drink down.
Many other better places in the terminal.

A new Chick Fil A policy implemented at this location: 1 sauce per combo order. Brilliant, deserves a “Darwin Award”! Spent $42.33 on 12pc+12pc+8pc nugget combos to learn I could only have one sauce per meal. Insisted one per meal was not enough and was charged extra for barbecue and honey mustard sauces, as well as ketchup. Management here is proof that ChickFill A franchising training is pointless. If you want to keep this nonsense policy, raise that price of the combo to meet your costs, but do not piss off your loyal customers. The difference between genius and stupid is that genius has its limits.

FIRST IMPRESSION OF CHICK FIL A. Horrible service. I'd give a zero if I could. Our order was CFA Sandwich w/ Med fries, sweet tea & Cobb Salad. We waited 30 minutes for our Sandwich. We asked for it to 3 different staff they all were so rude. This one woman handing the food would not look me in the eye and both of the staff would ignore me. I asked multiple times and it turned out there was no MEAT?! for the sandwich they said 5 minutes but we kept coming back and NOTHING. So we asked for our fries and we had to board. Also, we tried to pay in cash as tourists not aware of card usage and she said card only while others paid the same cashier in cash.
Cobb Salad came with NO dressing or avocados… Horrible attitude and waste of money.

This is the first time I’ve visited a Chick-fil-A at this airport, and I was disappointed to find that the fries were undercooked while the nuggets were overcooked. It’s puzzling how you can mess up two things simultaneously. To make matters worse, the staff member who took care of me informed me that she couldn’t give me an extra Chick-fil-A sauce because she had already given me two and would have to charge me for the third. I don’t believe that’s the policy, and this experience has made me hesitant to visit this restaurant again.

The general manager at this location on February 11th at 10am needs to be rewarded for her excellence. She's friendly, addresses everyone by name even after they've eaten and are cleaning up. She is one of the best fast food people I've ever had an experience with. I went back and asked her name because she deserves it. Selina Thomas is a rock star!!
