The general manager at this location on February 11th at 10am needs to be rewarded for her excellence. She's friendly, addresses everyone by name even after they've eaten and are cleaning up. She is one of the best fast food people I've ever had an experience with. I went back and asked her name because she deserves it. Selina Thomas is a rock star!!

The management was very kind to our family. We ordered some food when they were getting ready to close. The manager went to check in the back if they had any more cool wraps and found some. My son spilled his coke because he was sitting on his suitcase and fell down and the manager brought him a new one and called for airport maintenance to help clean the spill. Thanks!
Food was average. Supervisor that took my order was not welcoming nor friendly. When asked about drink refill, only response I received was "we don't do that here. Next!"

Yesterday I have ate a chicken sandwich and nuggets .And I was food poison and got very very sick.They need too start checking the kitchen at the airport. And how they handle the food.It was at the one on E concourse.

Extremely disappointed. A lot of menu items not available (out of kale salad, no kids meals at location) and then the cashier gave himself a 10% tip without my consent. I questioned him and he indicated he had not but the receipt did not lie! Overall food quality was definitely lower than other Chick-fil-A locations. Bun was about 5 days too old.
