This is for the PHL location only: Given the poor attitude and approach of the staff, I’m surprised Chick-fil-A allows this place to operate under its name. Drinks weren’t filled, even after asking about it, staff was rude, and there wasn’t one “my pleasure” or thank you or have a good day.

Its sad they are shutting this location down! There one or two girls that are really nice that took my order in the past.This is usually the only place I ate at the airport.But I will admit the food is usually cold and seems to be a little bit old.Even when I ask for fresh hash browns two times they just grabbed them off of the 30 boxes that were already sitting under the warmer. My chicken has been cold and looking old in past.

The worst Chick Fil A ever at the Philly Airport. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. We had the easiest order and she still messed it up. I would never come here again. This place deserves a zero. Stay away!

Don’t waste your time at this Chick-fil-A. I ordered a Chick-fil-A Club sandwich, but the chicken was barely the size of a tender and they completely forgot the bacon. My mac and cheese side was only half full and dry. There were about 15 employees in the back, a 30-person line, and just one person slowly taking orders at the register. I waited over 30 minutes for disappointing food. It was during regular dinner hours, not off-hours, so there’s really no excuse. I wasn’t expecting perfection from an airport Chick-fil-A, but I definitely expected better than this.

Stopped to get a chicken sandwich and some fries after taking a look at other options in the airport. The line was 25+ people long, and most of the other establishments in the food court had only two or three. It seemed like Chick-fil-A was the place to be, and I have no complaints about the experience. The supervisor was at the cash register, and people were really nice. We only waited for a couple of minutes to order, and the food came out promptly.

This staff did not display the famed chick fil a politeness. The cashier was quite curt in her responses. Food only slightly warm. Personnel having conversation while serving customers and delaying service for others because of that.

Has to be one of the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to. Service was slow and employees were yelling at eat other. While the food was still good my spicy chicken sandwich was not a full size. They also got our order wrong. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon. Disappointing

It’s an airport people; it’s not gonna be perfect. But this is the best around. Not greasy. I didn’t know the chicken nuggets were so small.
The cashier was funny. She forgot where she was ant rudely said, “Come here!” She got embarrassed and apologized.
Tables in the food court are reasonably clean.

The first time my order was mixed up with someone else's (the outer label was right but the wrong food was in the bag). By the time I got to my gate it was too late to fix it. The manager said they'd make it right next time I came. But its an airport location so 8 months later I contacted the manager but they no longer worked there of course.
Then they were out tomatoes for my second order, at 830am! It seems like there is always an issue here, and sometimes the line is long.
