My son and I decided to stop and get food here last night because the one on Cecil B Moore was close my son sent inside, order the food paid then waited in line to pick up our food for about 30 to 45 minutes he came outside. I checked the bag they charged us for cheese. There was no cheese, the fries were cold and they forgot the nuggets. He went back inside for them to correct the order. They tried to charge him again for the cheese that we already paid for then when he said something they put the cheese on the sandwich forgot to give him back the fries and the nuggets he spoke up again one of the workers told him “we’re about to close we’re done cooking I have an 8 piece nugget and you can have an extra fry” we order a 12 piece. The 8 piece nugget and fries That was also cold and left over from some else food smh. And to make matters worse the damn chicken sandwich’s was spicy ! Just a all around fail

Staff are extremely rude and impatient. If they can’t hear you in the already loud bustling student center, they will yell at you until they can hear you or roll their eyes. They often are out of basic things like chicken nuggets. Line is incredibly long and you will most likely get attitude from workers.
The salad is so expensive but so rich! Really great hahaha The chocolate milkshake was surprisingly delicious... I thought it would be too sweet and taste like medicine (five guys), but it was very refreshing! Really good to drink --Even-- I thought it was quite salty, but the chicken was really tender! The lattice fries with Chick-fil-A sauce are delicious! The sauce itself has a smoky flavor ?? As for the drink, I choose black tea, but it is explosively sweet... sweet to the core... so scary

I order chicken nuggets and brownie. The staff handed me my order. I sat down and eat I open my brownie I didn’t see at the first time so I opened it. It isn’t the brownie, but is a cookie. I return back to the store I didn’t even asked about my order also they didn’t asked me why I am came back. They told me they didn’t have brownies today. I asked them why didn’t you tell me first that you didn’t have a brownie today and the price is different. Because of my accent they started laughing at me I really felt so bad not because they didn’t care about my order, but how they treated me like this way. They treated costumers like we are begging for the food that we paid for, but the older lady very nice she deserves better.
