The food was subpar. The prices are ridiculously high for the quality of the food. The service was average at best. Order a "vegan" burger for $17 which was just an impossible patty which came between a bunch that tasted and felt like cardboard. Also didn't come with fries. the drink photos in the menu are deceptive as they appear larger than the actual drinks received. Save yourself some money and have a better meal by going downstairs at the Grand Sierra Resort to Johnny Rockets.

Been a few times. Took the family tonight before going to the Phillies game and sadly again was disappointed. Service was slow at best. We ordered 1 pizza, 1 order of boneless wings and an order of the fries. Fries came out fairly quick. After about 30 minutes the Waiter comes by once a says there is some kind of delay in the kitchen may I get you another order of fries. We say sure (we had 2 kids with us that were hungry) about 10-15 minutes goes by and he brings the fries. Finally after 40 minutes the pizza comes out and 8-10 minutes later the wings finally arrive. Sure I get they were semi busy however when the waiter tells us there is a delay in the kitchen and then brings two different tables that were seated more than 10 minutes after us there food that included pizza, cheese steak, bar drinks, crab legs and other food the problem is not a delay in the kitchen. The waitress in the section next two us complete turned over 3 parties that were seated after us. Problem is not the kitchen. After the food finally arrived the waiter became MIA and kept his back turned to us when we were trying to get to go boxes and the check, Finally went ahead and asked to speak with. Manager to get our check so could pay and leave. Manager asked if there was a problem. Explained it to him and he looked at our order ticket and agreed that the time we waited was excessive and there was no reason for it. He apologized a few times. We paid our bill and left. Will be a long time before we return if we return at all. Food was fair at best also. Nothing to write home about,

Food is not good. My sandwich was cold and my son took two bites from his sandwich and almost threw up it tasted so bad. The only highlights were the French fries and cheese sauce. We even complained to the waitress and the manager said he would take 10% off… he didn’t even eat 10% of it. Ok, never eating here again.

conveniently located in A terminal where international flights typically depart from. we ended up with burgers and the pork sandwich. the food came nearly 10 minutes apart but was at least hot. the cheese burger came with raw onions. period. the pork has some strange cheese sauce on it. our initial desires were not available due to shortages. romain lettuce? staff was clearly all confused and service was slow….in an airport restaurant!

My husband and I were waiting for our flight back home and we had breakfast here. I ordered steel cut oats and chocolate chip muffin and my husband ordered the bordertown egg sandwich with pork roll and cheese sauce. The oats came with brown sugar, mixed nuts and dried cranberry, all in separate containers. The muffin was moist and very good. The oats were very good. The egg sandwich was large and good. The meal wasn't outrageously expensive, but then that all relative. Service was friendly and prompt.

Extreme long waiting time and the most incredible thing is that they do not have price on the drink menus.....

Layover and we wanted beer and wings. Humble but decent selection of brews...on tap and bottle. Service was good. Wing were not crispy and the blue cheese was lacking in the blue cheese. Seating is large (both sides of corridor) and varied. Everything from sitting at the bar to high tops to booths to lounge seating. Tip: the booths and lounge seating have power receptacles for charging.

I've always heard how great the food & atmosphere is . Taking into consideration this was in the airport as opposed to downtown. Cheese steak & fries is what I always hear about so go with the flow . More bun/bread than meat. Cheese was minimal. Fries were just "ok". Not that explosion in your mouth you expect from what you read about them . Again benefit of the doubt since it's in the airport but should be consistent with other locations .

I used to live in Philly, so connecting through the airport I thought I’d get my needed fix for a cheesesteak so I gave this a try. Wish I hadn’t!! No options offered, just steak and cheese. Cold bun. Took 10 minutes to make (no idea why since it seems the meat was just warm on the pan. Indifferent service. All that for a tiny $12 sandwich. First and last time!

The highlight of my stop at this chickie and Pete location was the beer and crab fries which is sad as I got a chicken cheese steak and expected a lot more given this place is located in Philadelphia. It is really sad actually if you are going to be a Philadelphia regional Resturant and serve a cheese steak learn to do it correctly. I have had better Philadelphia cheese steaks in California. While the food was mediocre at best the service was far worse. Once a person came over ( 20 minutes for drinks) and 30 minutes for food. The food did come out some what fast I am just glad I was not in a rush. I have been to many Chickie’s and Pete’s locations and this one is by far the worst ones and it seems like the staff does not care as you are stuck in the security area of the airport.

Stopped here while waiting for my plane. Nice set up for travelers with lots of electrical outlets for charging devices. I got a beer and a wrap. The beer wasn’t really cold. The wrap was ok but for 11 I thought it should come with some chips. Overall it was so so and kind of pricey.

Clam chowder had very little clam but plenty of potatoes. The $10.95 salad was a plate of lettuce (old) with 2 cherry tomatoes a few croutons and a handful of crabfries on top. Not sure why they call them crabfries, I never saw any crab. I wouldn't recommend this place, try somewhere else.

I am very frequent flyer, and know the airport well. I caved in to my kids on this family trip and had breakfast at this joint. It is the worst restaurant in the airport, and I don’t know how they stay open. Mediocre food and the worst service of any place in PHL. Go anywhere else.

I'm use to be at Chickie's and Pete's since ten years but in the last two years the food was really worsen. Particularly Philly cheese steak I had one today and looks like a chewing gum.
