Chickpeas mediterranean grill

I’ve never seen a business with some many 5 star reviews, so I thought they were fake. This place is amazing. Fast service and fresh, tasty food!

Stopped in after a biking through Pennypack Park. Wanted a gyro and picked this place because of the a 5 star rating. The experience exceeded five stars.
The people are incredibly hospitable and friendly.
The food!!! Sooooo goood! Had the lamb Gyro on Mediterranean pita (panini pressed). It was ridiculously delicious. The Moroccan soup slapped. The falafel was crispy and flavorful. The chicken over rice needed no sauce. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and delectable on its own.
The portions were generous. I ate so much and still had plenty of leftovers to take home.
You can tell the people that own this place care about customer experience and quality food.
Will be back for sure.

So, if you think you have found the most comprehensively great Middle East Restaurant, and it isn't Chickpeas, you are wrong. Chickpeas has the absolute must natural, perfectly prepared, delicious Mediterranean cuisine, in voluminous portions, and with great pricing from a highly welcoming management.

Sai-d let me sample several items to better hone in on what I wanted, and to manifest his endearing pride in his offerings. His falafel was of unprecedented, perfect consistency, firm and neither hard nor mushy, and it is sumptuously seasoned. The same can be said of his sauteed chicken, Mediterranean chicken, beef and lamb. The first night, I had all of the aforementioned in a huge salad, with pickled turnips, tomatoes, CHICKPEAS, of course, leafy green stuff, marinated olives, pickles, the spicier of Said's Tzadiki sauce, etc , and Basmati Rice.

The second time, I had a Pita Gyro with Beef and Lamb, which reminds me how delicious the breadstuffs are, here. They even have eye-opening citrus concoctions ..I flipped over the banana, strawberry, yogurt, and orange, which had a pleasing kick to it, because it wasn't overloaded with sugar.

People come from NYC, even, for Chickpeas menu, and the place and its customers are an interpersonal oasis, when life gets too heavy.

This is my new favorite Mediterranean place. Falafel is made to order. All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious. I got mine with extra hot sauce too. I got this to go, but I couldn’t wait and ate it right in the parking lot. Will definitely be back!

The food was very delicious. Said was very great and respectful. He even gave us extra toppings and falafel on the side before closing. He was very welcoming and very chill. I definitely recommend the place.

Chickpeas Mediterranean Grill is hands down one of the best Mediterranean Hala restaurants I’ve ever visited. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — from their juicy chicken platters and shawarma to their crispy falafel and smooth hummus. The portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything tastes homemade with care.

The restaurant is spotless and well organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming — they really make you feel like family. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down to enjoy a full meal, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone who loves delicious and healthy Mediterranean food!
