NEVER GOT SEATED AS THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DOOR SKIPPED OVER ME AND SEATED 4 GROUPS OF PEOPLE THAT CAME IN AFTER ME. I've been waiting here for 15 minutes. Sometimes it says two minutes, sometimes it says five minutes. I don't understand how people work inside. There's no parking outside, so it's not good.

I gave up on chilies a few weeks ago because lately every chilies I’ve been going to has been a mess, but I came back to the one that I vowed not to come back to For my surprise, the drinks and the food was wonderful. The bartender name is Ronald. He’s very efficient food came out. Hot drinks is on point. Customer service is on 100. I will be back.

The food is great but the wait times are absolutely ridiculous sometimes. Why is a half empty restaurant on a random Wednesday afternoon making people wait an HOUR to be seated? This location seems to be very understaffed and has people doing many duties at once.
Edit: BTW if you click "join the waitlist" on here it'll literally say there's no wait and just come on in!! Yet it's a different story in person
Pathetic customer service. We reached the restaurant at 9.31 PM. The wait staff told as that they close dine in at 9.30. I asked them if they can accommodate us since we have a kid and since it’s snowing, finding another restaurant might take more time. But they said the cook has already closed the kitchen and packed the cooking ingredients. I told them it’s hard to understand how the cook did all this within just a minute. We even said that we’ve already decided what to get and wouldn’t take time to order. But they were just not ready to budge. Really unfriendly staff!!

Bad experience in service and food Upon our arrival we were told by the host that the waiting time was forty minutes, but there were many empty tables, I think they did not have enough staff. After about fifteen minutes, they sat us at a table. The waiter's service was good, but we had to wait about 25 minutes for the food, of which, a medium sirlon, was completely raw, they changed it for us for another, but it took about another fifteen minutes to arrive, even though we We had to order takeout. Now, I asked a person who cleaned the tables if he could give me a cutlery and a plastic fork, to which he told me I should look for the waiter who served me, about five minutes passed and no one arrived. I went to the host and made the same request, she told me that she couldn't give me anything, that she would ask the person at the bar, I went to where she was and she told me that she didn't have any, that she would ask someone else, already irritated and upset. Due to bad service, there were two or three people who were talking, telling jokes and playing with the cell phone (the restaurant was full but not for them), I don't know if they were waiters or what, and I asked them about the manager, to which one of them told me why I needed it and I let him know my need, without listening to me, he went into the kitchen and brought me a bag, he repeated that it was a fork and a knife, so he went into the kitchen again and without saying anything he gave it to me. Big surprise, the other people telling jokes disappeared

Love chilis I ordered an enchilada platter it looked so good and delicious cheese melting on top. I dug in and got frozen chicken on the inside. Horrible broke my heart with that one.
If I could've given zero stars that would've been the greatest rating for this place. Racist and unorganized. The greeter and our waitress was standing in the doorway of the kitchen. The manger had to bring our drinks out. We received our appetizers after we got our entrees. This place is just a disgrace and needs to be shutdown immediately
