I’m really not too big on chain restaurants, the first time I came here about a month ago the service was so-so, but we came again for convenience and the food was still great. This time was so much better, shoutout to Joshua our server. He was the perfect amount of attentive, and anticipated what we needed before we needed it. Definitely will be coming back now!

We only saw our server to take our order and then again when we were basically finished eating. My drink sat empty before my meal even came out, and when the food finally arrived, my order was wrong. Waited 15-20 minutes for our server to come back with some items we asked for. I can’t really blame our server for this as she was handling a 25-person table by herself. What bothered me most was the manager’s “solution,” knowing we had extremely slow service for our entire meal, which was to comp our chips and salsa (something we already get for free as rewards members) instead of stopping over to our table to assist our server or apologize in person. Overall, just frustrated and likely won’t visit this location in the future.

It's Chili's. You pretty much know what to expect. But this was a pretty nice one. Huge parking lot. Staff was top notch; everyone was super friendly with excellent customer service skills. The place was big, clean and nice. Food was very tasty, well prepared and presented. Can't ask for much more from a chain restaurant.

Manager Tatiana Smith st location store 1855 turn a possible bad dining experience to a great experience for my first time visiting this location she made sure all staff was attentive and receptive of all guests. After me pointing out a few inconsistencies and displeasure with servers and hostesses. She was very assertive and delegated very well. Can't wait to see how far she goes within this company hopefully one day district manager of a few regional locations or even future MG corporate trainer. I will be sure to return to this location and suggest for dining for out-of-town family members.

We live close to this Chili’s and order in a lot from here. This time we ate in and this rating is for our dine in experience. Went on a Thursday night after work and they were busy. We were sat pretty quickly. Our waiter was busy but we didn’t wait long for help. My Strawberry Rita was so good with a Tajin rim. I got the mozzarella sticks and they did not disappoint! The cheese pull is crazy and were the perfect temperature. My chicken tenders were very crispy and the dipping sauces are bold and flavorful. My fries were salty and hot. I would recommend this location.
