The food is always really good, service is mediocre but their management team is great and offer quick resolution to any issue you may experience.

Today was my first time trying Chili’s I came in for the triple dipper I was so excited and looking forward to eating it. Although it was great. My niece and I left out with food poisoning. It was no joke if ykyk. WE definitely won’t be going back.

They were busy and understaffed. Not a lot. Wait to be seated but until our server came over it was. Never given our appetizer. We clearly ordered it. The person bringing food just said “oh I didn’t know” and never cared to go check on it. Our server was so busy with a high maintenance table who was constantly calling her over that we were left to be barely checked on. Food was good that we did get. We got a free cheesecake to go. Not impressed with this location.
Being my first time here I did not like it from the moment we sat down. I went with my 10yr old granddaughter, our waitress had a mad face from the moment she came, she wasn't friendly at all. We ordered our drinks and while I'm asking my granddaughter what appetizer she wanted I could feel her eyes looking at me like if I was taking too long. I asked if the Nashville mozz stx were really spicy and she said "idk I've never had them" while someone else brought our appetizers I watched her serving another table of about 6 ppl and she was being very nice with them so I couldn't understand what the problem was. Again came back with the same unwelcoming attitude to take our order, I definitely felt rushed again. Someone else came to bring our food, my granddaughter needed a refill while eating and after about 10 minutes finally see her passing by me so I stopped her to ask for the refill. We finished our food I asked for 2 containers and the bill, I paid cash so when she came to get the money she asked if j needed change I said no and it was the only time she smiled at us and said half holidays. Anyways, won't go back unless for appetizers, a bit expensive for what they offer, not mutch to choose from the menu. Chicken fajita was fire, literally, that plate came sizzling, smelled so good and tasted amazing

Let me start by saying the service was by far the best part of our experience here. Our server, Rah was excellent! He was very sweet and efficient and perfect in every way. In fact every staff member we interacted with was stellar. Unfortunately, the food was a mixed bag. We started off with the triple dipper appetizer to split and ordered the southwest eggrolls, honey Chipotle crisper, and the nashville hot mozzarella sticks. The eggrolls were by far the best item on the platter but not as good as they usually are and with very little filling. The crispers were rubbery and the nashville mozzarella sticks were down right inedible. The crust was so unappetizing and gritty and the taste was awful. I also ordered the Cajun chicken pasta which has been one of my favorites and my go to dish whenever I go to any chili's. Unfortunately it was not great at all. I'm not sure if it was an off day or if they changed the recipe but the sauce was watery and bland when it used to be sooo thick and creamy and flavorful. What happened? 😭 the brisket quesadillas were great and the sliders i got as a replacement were also great so thankfully we didn't leave hungry. Our server was super chill and resolved the pasta situation and honestly still turned around what otherwise would have been a very disappointing visit. Oh and the lava cake for dessert was also delicious!
Tl;dr service is 20/10, food is a toss up

Waited about 25 just to get drinks ordered but the food was good and didn't take long after orders were taken to arrive. I'll be returning, just hope for better service next time.

I love Chili’s I’ve been going here since I was a little girl and the food is amazing. What blows me away is the management and service at this location! I look forward to coming to this location just for that reason. Everyone is always so friendly and attentive. Great service will always bring me back.

I ordered a smash burger and an old timer burger. I wanted to order rare meat but for some reason this location only do medium and well done. Guess the chef dont know how do any other ways. Any other location do rare meat. The old timer burger was supposed to be medium and no cheese. The smash burger was with cheese. They put the cheese on the old timer burger pattie and instead of cooking another pattie they just swap the patties from one burger to another. The manager Bethany tried to tell me that all the burgers are smashed. The old timer burger does not get smashed. The manager proceeded to go back and forth with me instead of accepting responsibility for there mess up and just going and fixing it. I'm not going to go back and forth so I just canceled my order and left. I've been at other chili's before and never had this issue. The old timer burger doesn't even say smash on the menu. I'll never go back to this location again. I will keep going to the one on Bensalem. I just wanted a regular pattie as it should be on that burger. After going back and forth with the manager I simply lost my appetite. Horrible experience

I’m totally disappointed in this location, me and my family (party of 3) came to this establishment at 6:45 and wasn’t seated until 7:30 due to lack of staff and unprofessionalism from the manager. The family that was there before us got seated 25 minutes after we made our reservation for our table, mind you there were at least 20 tables empty. So by the time we were seated we had a waitress that acted like he didn’t want to serve us! He waited on the other tables that were seated after us until he came and took our order. After receiving our appetizers the manager went to every table asking how was their service thus far, After receiving are food the fries were over cooked and dry, the salad was spoiled slightly, and the burger was still pink and never even acknowledged the fact that it took almost 30 minutes to be seated. I wouldn’t recommend this location to any one looking for a chilis I send them up Abington before I send them there!!
