Our last visit to this Chilli's on Cheltenham Ave was super disappointing. First, my wife and I sat at the bar, and the bartender acted like he didn't want to be there. His service felt like he didn't was us to be there, (at the bar) either. We moved to a table and ordered boneless wings and a pasta dish. The wings were hard as a rock, and the toast on the pasta dish was burnt! ...smh! Maybe they really don't want their customers to come back! The waitress, however, was great! Her friendly attitude was the reason I gave them 2 stars.

I/we won't ever go here again the food on shoemaker rd is horrible,service is horrible,I/we wouldn't waist our time ever going here again we was very disappointed,I'm talking about on Shoemaker Rd. the 1 in Philly on Cheltenham my food & service .was always great no complaint.

Sat for 25 minutes and no server ever came to our table. We just left

Went to this chilis I was seated immediately but I was in there for 15 mins and no server came to my tables.left and went to Applebees much better experience there.

Went on a Sunday around 1. Not crowded. Seated immediately. The bartender was nice enough to make my son a virgin daiquiri, complete with sugar around the rim and a lime on top!! Good was great!

I went to chillis today and Samuel was my server. Because of him my experience was phenomenal. From the second we entered his communication was amazing, his timeliness and his attitude was incredible! We were well informed about all our options and accommodated as well. Thank you Samuel for the amazing experience!!
