Just three things on the menu have English translations, so that what we ordered. Food was good and I was able to feed myself and two other people for under $10. They sell noodles for later preparation.
Cheap! This is a noodle factory, and you can see the staff making noodles in the back. They have a few prepared selections that they will heat up for you, including tasty BBQ pork buns. Most of the single serving options they have are about $2. You can also buy homemade Chinese desserts and pounds of fresh noodles.
Got lost in Chinatown when searching this place , and asked a lady the direction to buy" steam thin rice pancake without mixture of stuffed" banh cuon, banh uot", she said that she saw many people, they went to the back door...:). The hostess answered the door and said, "banh cuon", "banh uot", it wasn't named as Ding Ho, but the Taiwan and gave me the name card.133N 11th Street, PA
