This is the second day coming to this Chipotle and they don’t open on time it’s 11:27 and they are not doing nothing the line is long and no service is happening the keep saying we are open it they are not yesterday the pay system was not working they are making online orders but have everyone waiting in line just standing here

I hate going to this location. Extremely slow especially for mobile orders. Definitely quicker to just stand in line. Don’t bother putting in a mobile order. They have the SLOWEST people in that section.

Waited about 20 minutes to get to the front of a 7 person line just for them to be out of chicken when we got there. Had to wait longer for them to make and cut the chicken then workers felt like gossiping instead of doing that. Service was awful

The lack of care in food preparation, poor cleanliness, and unprofessional customer interaction made it clear that something is off here. It honestly feels like the team is operating with no proper training or awareness — and that starts with management.

If the manager does care, it’s time to step up. And if they don’t, then corporate really needs to take a closer look. This isn’t just one off-day — it’s a pattern, and customers deserve better

Been coming here for sometime now. I've noticed that when there happens to be rush hour, they run out of food almost all the time I arrive. You would think they would make a surplus but they have us wait for several minutes. To be honest this doesn't bother me too much but there are some staff members that are rude. During rush hours they would glare at you and give such a small portion. I understand how there are rude customers but most of the time they look annoyed.
