Food portions are great & they do a great job but the lobby is always dirty everytime im in there with plenty of employees standing around talking :( . lemonades are always empty as well, condiment station is always a mess and I always have to clean off my own table before sitting down to eat.

Would give a 0 star if possible. Ordered delivery through the app and waited 2 HOURS just to be told they gave my food to somebody else. Then tried to call the store and resolve the issue and the rude ass lady says “call back in 20 minutes “.

If I could give -0 stars I would the service and staff in this establishment are horrendous and rude , everytime I Come here every staff member has a attitude towards customers , if you ask for extra rice , ext ( that you’re paying for ) they have a horrible attitude and side eye you and the portions are also very small, absolutely disappointed in this place DO BETTER !! If you don’t wanna work then don’t , but if you have to do it with a smile , kindest cost nothing smh !!!

The place was filthy it didn't invite to eat inside. Trash, napkins, and straws all over the floors, the tables were not wiped

I’ve eaten at least twice at the location in the past month, every time I’ve came in the restaurant it was unclean, behind the counter food all over the place, not to mention the tables in the dining area were dirty as well both visits! A bunch young teens working who seem to not care about the cleanliness of the facility

The employees are trained to Give you LITTLE Food. They literally give you a half a Scoop of Chicken WHY SO CHEAP WITH THE FOOD? if I Ask for A Respectable amount they charge DOUBLE. Light Skin Employee with Hat And Glasses is a Horrible Employee it seems he's the Supervisor. And observes the other Employees serve food. Maybe because of him they won't Serve Enough Food.. if you want a Respectable amount of food they charge $25. Insanity.

Um so I found three long hairs in my bowl! I didn’t order hair as a topping. Also, my chicken was so chewy it’s inedible. Y’all lost a loyal customer!

Major skimps. Asked for extra everything and got bare minimum everything. Like brodi this ain’t coming out yo paycheck, can’t even give a REGULAR portion…Will not come back here again.
