I’ve always order in person and never have no issues. I decided to order through Uber eats. I will never do that again. The portions were like half of what u should normally receive I am not sure if they are trying to make the food last until 10 but that is not what restaurant should do! The food was cold! The rice was plain no cilantro or lime. I’m very disappointed.

I have not met one single woman who works here who is friendly and nice. If you say thank you, they ignore you. They tell you they are closed at 9pm even though google says 10 pm. I have ordered online and have had items missing. Most recently they had no chips to go with the queso I ordered so I had to cancel order and wait for a refund....unacceptable

Absolutely worst Chipotle I have ever visited! Super rude employees and management! They made me incorrect bowl and refused to remake it the right way! On top of that, manager Monana Patel took my "free bowl" coupon and refused to give it back nor refund.I will be reporting this incident to higher management. It's just disgusting what attitude they have toward customers and management doesn't take any actions!

I used to go to this Chipotle all the time until they consistently messed up. I decided to give them a chance again today 3/12/2024 and they messed up again. I got a bowl and I asked the cashier, Sameera, for chips with guac and mild salsa on the side. She repeated it to me and then after I was charged she gave me two bags of chips. I never said I wanted two bags of chips and I told her I only wanted one and Sameera said, “Oh well I charged you for two” and stared at me blankly. I grabbed my stuff and left since I was just irritated at this point and when I checked the receipt I was charged for my bowl, chips and salsa, and chips and guac. Mind you, I’ve never had this issue before with getting salsa and guac on the side while only getting one bag of chips. Once again, I am extremely disappointed with this Chipotle and will no longer be going here.

By far the worst chipotle around. Seriously boycott this place till they learn how to make an identical proportionate bowls legit half rice literally small gristle pieces of chicken and just whatever they feel like putting on you have been warned go to the welsh one night and day difference. Do better.

Went in after the gym and wanted to get two burritos around 3 today and the woman thought I said sofritas when I said carnitas. Was with my bf and got distracted but when she passed it and I saw it looked weird I asked the Second Lady if it was carnitas and she didn’t give me an answer and continued to ask what else I wanted, I responded but heard her tell the cashier it was sofritas and I told her that’s not what I asked for. No hate to anyone that doesn’t eat meat but that’s not me. The cashier was very rude and refused to remake it or try removing the plant-based meat. It’s one thing to say they couldn’t remake it but I was nice and calm, the front staff were very disrespectful in how they looked at and talked to me. The dramatics of the situation were very unnecessary
I usually buying food here if I don’t have time for cooking. Sometimes it’s really nice portion and friendly workers but sometimes it’s not like that. I like come to this location but please be on same level ?

Management definitely tells employees to skimp out on the meat..load it up with cheap rice and give half a spoonful of steak. Chipotle is not worth the price
