i hate this chipotle so bad it’s so many teenagers who work there and they give bad portions plus they are rude don’t come here yall

I love chipotle, and I like the fact that they will respond to an experience that is not not up to their standards which they have in the past so I do give them five stars now because every time since I had one minor incident which was the way they handled food it’s been great since then I think chipotle is a good value most of the time I’ll get their vegan wrap but today we were really hungry for tacos and they make a great taco and the value is spot on being around $10 for three huge tacos. The service is always quick for us. We came around 3 PM in the afternoon so it wasn’t the busiest time dinner I’m sure could be a little more time-consuming, but still they get people in and out we ordered three tacos with the tofu mix, roasted corn, guacamole, black beans, brown rice, pico de gallo, and the peppers and onions mix. These were excellent. I was able to take one home for an another meal way to go chipotle thank you for another delicious meal. Sidenote the product towards the end in the video is not from chipotle making this disclosure that is from another establishment.

Chips are stale and chewy, not crispy. At least 1 week old and stored in a humid environment.

Special meats (brisket was mine), garbage. So overcooked and tough. Never order them.

Guacamole isalways grey or black. They just mix it but you can see streaks if you order it.

Chipotle is the last in the rung of the areas "accelerated served food establishment"...

And, i see you. You planet fitness folk coming in ordering a "Salad" with guac, cheese, sour cream....that aint healthy lololol. Eat somewhere else so.this lication does and we get something better.

There is a a short brown skin girl that prepares food at the front with very large eyelashes rude nature of serving people it's not my first time with her seems she's selective on who she service.

As is unfortunately fairly common in the city, the employees were completely lacking in any manners. My burrito is an unraveling mess and the cashier did not look at me or say anything despite my saying “thank you” a couple times during the transaction. Some people are unfit even for menial employment

This place is terrible, I can't believe how bad this place is being ran, it used to be a nice place clean and staff very helpful, the last 3 time I came here they're always out of something today, there is no steak, no sour cream, no lettuce, like what do you have, the tables are filthy dirty, I see mouse droppings, the staff are terrible and mean if you question them, I cannot believe that management and corporate dont do anything to straighten this astablishment out,
