I was disappointed in the lack of customer service given here at the Columbus Blvd location. I enjoyed this spot but the cashier has a terrible attitude and was also on her phone talking on her air pods while there was a line ahead of her. So

Placed online order on 02/22/2024 at 2pm for pickup at 2：20. Got there at 2：15. Stood there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledge my presence and just kept chatting at the front desk. 2:25pm, the first and only time, I walked to the front desk and asked very nicely about my order, and the front desk lady gave me the worst attitude saying that I really got to be patient. ???? It's 5 minutes past my order pickup time, and I don't see anyone working on my order, no one came checked on me and I just wanted talk to the lady so she can acknowledge that I am waiting for a pickup order, I don't get why she would give me such bad attitude. Food quality was good either, rice is undercooked.

I usually come here often but tonight I've tried ordering afew ? meal and the lady said they were closed (9:30 pm misleading cooperation business hours which closed at 10 pm). I sat in my car about to leave and notice another customer (black woman) walked in and they make her food on the spot. Very unprofessional and I felt they discriminated toward me because I was Asian. Wish I can give this place a negative 5. Hope the CEO check this establishment camera (shows im speaking fact) and see my pilot parking outside their establishment as a unhappy customer...

The workers in here have such bad attitudes for no reason. You just walk in and you're instantly met with unpleasant demeanor. The quality of the bowls they make match their attitudes. Worst chipotle I've ever been too

This place closes at 10, I placed an order before 9 to pick up at 910. When I picked up my order the didn’t even let me walk in the door and told me to stop and wouldn’t even allow me to walk up to get napkin or utensils (that I requested In the order). And then I open my bag and and see my chips weren’t there that I ordered so I walk back in and ask for chips and they said they “no more chips” and on top of that I ordered double chicken and got little to none. Food quality is terrible, This staff is utterly disrespectful, and I truly didn’t know you could mess up a chipotle order to the point it tasted bad until today.
