Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got a burrito here a few days ago and after I ate it I got deathly ill..almost immediately. The service was great too. Its too bad.

Employees are rude in this chipotle

Portions were very skimpy. It was less than half of a regular portion at every other Chipotle. Employees ate very rude in there. They just ignore you

When I went to this chipotle, I knew the environment was great! I was really impressed by the service, especially the manager I believe his name is Lincoln. He was amazing! Great crew. Great service! Love going here!

I did an online order and they completely messed it up. The burrito was smaller than the palm of my hand, and they forgot to put sour cream on it. Try to call the store and you cannot get past the automated robot for assistance.

The food portions have dropped off and now they charge for sauces. Disappointing

Used to go to the location all the time for excellent service. The guys they have working right now on the line are an absolute mess. I watched sour cream burst out as he wrapped it, we made eye contact and he just shrugged and kept it moving. Also don’t go if you have any allergy concerns. I understand ingredients could fall into bins and what not but.. unfortunately I’ll be combing my food for tomatoes tonight

Please note that they don’t recognize you as customers if you complete a mobile order. Looks like it’s an ongoing trend for about a year. I was told the passcode to use the bathroom was on the bottom of the receipt. I looked at my mobile receipt and did not find the passcode. Then the worker replied to me in a very snarky way and said I had to purchase something at the store in order to reveal the bathroom passcode.

smallest $14 burrito I've ever seen

They give you small portions you pay 13 to 14 dollars and this is a lot of Chipotles and when you ask for extra they put a little bit more on and bowls are not always filled you'll be paying $14 for half a full bowl

So I ordered a protein only Steak bowl, with double portion of steak and chicken. And this is what they gave me… I paid $20 for this?

We love chipotle and always order the queso, unfortunately the last 2 times we've ordered from this location there has been meat contamination in our queso. It's very off putting to fish it out and could create an even bigger problem for vegetarians.
