Ordered food totaling $50 and the food was ice cold. It was clearly cold prior to be packed/assembled. I reached out to customer service who refused a refund and instead compensated me with a BOGO on my next order, which is screwing me over and putting more money in the company's pocket. Oh, and this "compensation" must be used within 30 days. What a joke. I'll never order from this company again.
