My order was 20 minutes later then promised & I ordered two bowls with extra meat….i got no meat at all! I wanted a refund & their automated service called pepper gave me two free meals, I don’t want free meals I want a refund. I tried to tell it I want a refund but it told me the issue was resolved and ended the conversation. I’m very unhappy and will not be eating Chipotle for a long time!

Staff was friendly, and service was fast. Relatively clean. Plenty of seating inside, and outside. The soda machine was down at the time of this posting, so take that into consideration. Other than that, a satisfied visit.

Unfortunately, this is the closest Chipotle to me, this place always lock the doors early, tonight they are supposed to close at 10 pm and these special people lock the doors at 9:33..... like really???? ,lol. The food is disgusting here, I will say I do like the chips but that is the only thing I get from here...don't waste your time coming here, mostly hood boogers behind the counter, not all, but yeah most of them

Shot out to Mekhi and shakeina for their exceptional customer service and accommodations on what to order at this location. They were extremely kind and helpful. I didn’t care too much for the salad bowl I got but once they gave their accommodations I added it and it made my bowl so much better. Keep up the great work guys. Truly appreciative.
