So this is the closet Chipotle to where I live. I've been here a few times & I honestly never had a problem. The staff greeted me when I walked in the door, got my order right, & assisted me with using their fancy payment terminal - all while juggling my order & people picking up orders. That's great customer service. Also, the place was kinda busy the one day I was there & it was still spotless.

I'd honestly give them more stars...

Way better than Cheltenham in every way food service and atmosphere and this is in a smaller strip mall Cheltenham once literally poisoned me made me a steak bowl instead of what I ordered a chicken bowl I haven't eaten beef in like 10 years and don't plan on it either the remedy they gave me a one free item and it wasn't a bowl replacement if I recall

I’ve gone here about 5 times in the past year. Of all the chipotles in this city, and I’ve been to most of them, this is the only one where I’ve felt respected and attended to by the staff. They make eye contact, are friendly, and typically seem prepared and efficient. I’ve never got home and been disgusted by the sloppiness of the bowl.
I will simply not go to other chipotle’s because of the terrible disrespect and rudeness of staff I’ve experienced at them,...
