Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was there last night. My bowl was full of so much rice. I asked for steak and got ten small pieces. Disappointed

Ordered a chicken bowl "Double chicken" didn't get double chicken. Was barely single chicken. Don't take advantage of online orders.

Amazing crew that works here. Never got a bad attitude and they always fill it up. Shout out to Jojo and my Mallu bro Jerry working the cash register. 10/10 experience

I ordered a pickup order of burrito bowl and quesadilla. They didn't put salsa in my burrito bowl that I payed for. For my quesadilla they just gave me how sauce. When I order with guacamole and salsa. Is it that hard? When that store first opened it was great. Now the workers don't even care.

I had a tough day, but Shawn at Chipotle really turned it around. His kindness and excellent service made all the difference. Despite my rough day, he greeted me with a smile and made sure my meal was perfect. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and professionalism. Thank you, Shanw, for brightening my day!

This is 5.5 location, amazing customer services to the employees working 8/9/2024 at 7pm. The food was prep, clean environment and quick.

Parking: Lots of parking available

Kid-friendliness: Clean environment for children is not so Spacy so don't plan on having a party

Always out of everything. No chicken, no fajita veggies, no brown rice, no corn, no forks, no napkins. Server had a nasty attitude when I asked her not to drag the bottom of my bowl through all the filth on the counter. And it just opened???

Most of the workers are horrible! Very unprofessional, they need a lot more training. Very disappointing for a fairly new location. I went two times and both times had a horrible experience. Very sloppy nasty food and very slow service.

Walked in to an empty store. Wait a while, 2 employees walk out, make EYE CONTACT, to walk off to back of house stations without saying ANYTHING. Waited a little longer to give them a chance before leaving. Bad enough the portions keep shrinking, never had service so ABSENT.

Seems like management and employees don't care about any standards here. I work around the corner and have been going here since they opened. Portions gotten so small here, that when you're served employees make you feel like you're steeling from them. When you get a bowl you literally getting half of your container filled. If you have an option to go elsewhere do yourself a favor and drive right passed this place
