I walked from the door to the serving counter,waited about 3 to 5 minutes listening to the 2 female employees chat before it took a 3rd employee to notice I was standing there. When I was greeted did order or need to order. I just walked out an wont be returning

Staff were very nice and treated me well. However, I bit down what looks like the stem of a jalapeño in my salad and almost choked. My order contained ingredients that I didn’t request online either. This location needs to work on their quality control and consistency.

Work station was a mess: I’ve never seen a dirtier chipotle location than this one. Associates were not friendly and I’ve been waiting for around ten minutes to start my order… it was 3pm and it wasn’t that busy to be fair. Another disappointment!

Food has been, not great lately! Meat too spicy, guacamole not chopped enough. Employee was seen cross contaminating and work station is a mess.

Been here many times. Typical chain restaurants service which most of times are mediocre. But today was worse than normal so I decided to leave a review. I was at the restaurant around 1pm, not very busy but the lady who served me seems like she had a like 100 customers waiting. She seems like she did not want to be there. She had an attitude kind of get your food and get the hell out. The worst part that bothered me the most is she did not even get me the full portion of my fajitas and proteins that I paid for. She just rushed through everything and trying to get you the hell out of there.

Burrito fall apart right away. It was impossible to take the foil off. Person who assembled it did not put the tortilla in the press to warm it up, and was clearly in a rush even though it was not busy. Chicken was hard to chew, guacamole had giant pieces of avocado

113 grams of protein chipotle says you get on a bowl I got no where near the 4oz I paid for when asking the server to add more I was told I would be charged with double chicken and then the manger i assume rung me up I asked when are you guys going to get a scale so you can stop shorting your customers her response was do you want me to weigh it I said yes and she then laughed and replied that I have to keep the store profitable and laughed I could understand if it was free then you can’t complain but I’m spending my money I want what I paid for point blank period

I ordered through the app, picked up my food, when I went home to eat it the rice was very hard. I went back to the restaurant explained to the gentleman and he apologized and kindly remade my order. I went home opened my meal to find he added lettuce, sour cream, and the wrong beans, all of which I did not ask for. As much as I did not want to drive back to the restaurant for a third time, I did because I was very hungry and I cannot eat dairy.. I get to the restaurant, already feeling anxious and embarrassed even though this was their second mistake. I explain to the same gentleman that I didn’t ask for those and ingredients and I couldn’t eat dairy and he told me he couldn’t make my meal again at this point because it was a waste of a lot of food. I said are you serious? He said yes and again that it was a waste of food. I told him the first time around was their hard rice which other customers had issues with, and tried explaining that I couldn’t eat it the second time because of the sour cream. He told me I could probably get a refund on the app. But shame on you sir. Denying me the meal I paid for. Then having the audacity to tell me that I watched you make it. I appreciated your kindness when I came back that first time, but that second time around you really got me. Little did you know that was going to be my first meal of the whole day, with my family after a long work week. But instead I drive to Chipotle 3 times for a meal I didn’t even get to eat. Shame on you Mr. Isaiah the manager. Do better. You’ll be happy to know I got my free entree very quickly on the app. Wish you could have just given me my meal when I was hungry and paid for it.
