I stopped going to this Chipotle because the workers are disgusting. I went to order the food in person and I got a bowl. My bowl contained carne asada, white rice, lettuce, corn salsa, pico de gallo, fajitas and especially SOUR CREAM. When I looked at the receipt, I saw that the worker charged me for QUESO. I obviously didn’t order that, so I showed him the receipt and he said I did order it. So i proceeded to give him my bowl to show him. If I order queso, it’s ALWAYS on the side, not on the bowl. Then, he opens the bowl and proceeds to use his finger with the gloves he had on where he touches money, and dig through the bowl. AND this man had the audacity to say I still ordered it. Are you kidding me?

The girl on the line should be recognized for her patience and kindness. She had a difficult family ordering one at a time for their kids and her smile never left her face despite trying to keep the line moving and onto the next customer. Great experience.

My regular chipotle was closed so we went here. It was fine 🤷♂️ I mean it’s chipotle so idk why people expect a fine dining experience. Service was fine but the girl was rushing and put chicken on my bowl instead of my boyfriend’s. No consideration to remake (imagine if I was vegetarian?) but it’s whatever. I work in food and mistakes happen 🫠 The seating area is kind of dirty though so if you have time just walk to the one on 12th lol
I think this location was crowded since the other one was shut down for the day (power outage) so kudos to them for showing up and making it work.

They messed up my order and then also messed up redo. I'm too tired to complain a second time.
I ordered a bowl with steak as the meat and half of both beans
I got 2 tiny pieces of chicken and no beans at all.
When I complained they said yes that's what is on your receipt (the steak and beans) and I said but ITS NOT ON MY MEAL. She didn't even look at the bowl I was trying to show her.
Anyway 2nd attempt didn't have lettuce on it but whatever at this point. Only came to this one cuz my trusty one is closed for road work
I want to give a huge thank you to Jade for being the MVP of this location! She is always a bright light whenever I visit to pick up my order. She works extremely hard and is excellent.
In a world where everyone wants everything immediately, she handles her work with professionalism and efficiency (even when customers are extremely disrespectful).
On multiple occasions, I’ve seen people come in with attitudes and take out their frustration on her for simply doing her job. Yet, she has always remained calm and still works quickly.
Thank you, Jade! I hope both you and your team receive all the necessary staffing and help to take some of the burden off during those long days. You each are very much appreciated.
