Customers coming in, shaking their heads and leaving. I ordered online and paid so I was trapped and had to watch this scenario while no one was helped or served within the first 15 minutes of “opening” time. Find another location, don’t waste your time here

This place doesnt deserve any stars, DO NOT GO HERE, spend the extra 10/15 mins and go to the one on 1500 walnut street. I got in line started my order after I saw the portion size I just straight up walked away, the other chipotle blessed me! This one just gave me attitude for no reason. Its run by teenagers that give a flying burrito, skip this one fr I’m saving you the headache and regret.

I ordered some food and a drink. They didn't give me my drink but instead, put an empty cup in my bag. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered the phone. Please, order from another Chipotle because these people have no idea what they are doing. People spend money wanting certain products and they're just giving people what they want and won't refund the money. This is the worst Chipotle I've ever encountered in my life and never tf again.

I wouldn't buy from this place from the grunhub app. They gave me some kind of spicey chicken instead of normal chick that it said on the app, plus they never gave me the black tea I ordered. So this place gets a one star.

So I came here to get lunch, and looking at the food I decided not to get anything. I felt bad that I had the employee make a bowl but I didn’t want to risk getting food poisoning. There was no fajita, the steak Carne Asada was so black and dried out, the spicy salsa was clunky, lettuce wilted. Nothing looked appealing and I was very disappointed because I come here ALL the time!

My order was horrible. They missed ingredients in my bowl it was so light when I lifted it up. It was big chuck of avocado and red hot salsa everywhere that I didn't order. Plus the chips were so salted and greasy that I literally spit out the chips. Will not be ordering from them again.
