I was charged double for an amount that’s even less than a single serving. There is no reason i should be paying 17 dollars plus tax for a meat serving size that barely fits into a spoon. Incredibly rude worker who to my face said “just charge as a double” when I said that all i did was ask for a more reasonable amount. Never coming here again horrible attitude from the workers subpar food waste of money.

Honestly, the food is not that good, it’s very salty, but I’ve been wowed a few times by the food- so 1/10 chances it’ll be good. The people behind the counter can be rude sometimes- but there’s this one particular gentleman who wears a mask who is the friendliest. There’s a bigger sized woman who ruins my day everytime, and there’s two petite gals who are… obviously not enjoying their jobs. Overall, it’s very… mid. It’s ok. The customers are very rude (not the staff). So if you eat inside… just, you’d prefer not to let’s just say.

I ordered a bowl online and whoever made that bowl deserves a fat raise. They put their all into that bowl and I appreciate it. 10/10!

I've been to this chipotle 3 times this week, the first time they charged me the correct amount of $ for a chicken burrito bowl but the 2nd time and the 3rd time was an awful experience. Never going back. Portions are always different, one day you get more and the other you get less. 2nd and 3rd time I got charged $14.26total and I got the same exact order as the first time.

Today was a special visit. Ian helped me package my order and gave the personal touch that always makes chipotle so special for me. 11/10 would recommend this establishment, the staff is so kind!

This store leaves a lot to say in this area of ​​Temple University, the pick-up orders are a disaster, they don't pack them well, if you order a drink they throw the empty glass into the bag without telling you anything. The restaurant is super dirty, there is no cleaning, the drinks area is disgusting, all stinky. The employees with attitude and the food was super cold just after being served, the quality of the lettuce and guacamole is terrible in conditions as if they were already damaged. I will never shop in this store again because of the quality of the food and even more so the lack of hygiene in the store. I do not recommend sorry.
