Chipotle Mexican Grill

We visit chipotle once a week in other locations. Decide to stop here this week and this is the worst location. Rudest location staff. The chicken were chopped to tiny pieces, not even bit size. The meat portion were so small that we had to cook and add our own meat portion in the bowl because it was just lettuce, carbs and corn at this point

The worst chipotle ever, the stuff are rude, they don’t even listen they just ignore and they yell at you.
So I placed the order at 10:05 as you can see the SC it is 10:48 right now, I am typing this from inside the restaurant moments ago they 3 employees start yelling at me and after 40 minutes wait they asked me to go in the line and there is 15 people in that line I told them I am not gonna do that so they ask me to get out, no apology, no refund, no food just get out

This is not the first time I get tired of them so I had to put this review

I hope they fix it otherwise I will never come here again and the unhappy face of so many other customers says the same thing

I ordered online, and my order was delivered to a completely different address despite me putting in my address correctly, then when I was eating my burrito I bit into a hard piece of burnt (what I can only assume was) chicken skin which felt like biting down on a rock, not only that, but my burrito wasn’t fully filled I could feel the air in the burrito when I took my first bite, if they aren’t going to fully fill up my burrito they should at least try to hide it.

Served incredibly cold food. When asking staff politely to remake the bowl and put the cold items separately, I was told no. Shameful customer DISservice. I guess gone are the days when customer service was a priority.

Is the staff ok? My delivery driver for Uber eats came and my order was missing (someone took it by mistake or it was stolen, who knows) and instead of remaking it...they told us we need to cancel the entire order, cancel the driver and reorder and send out another driver?! Tf? In a world of mobile orders and curbside pickup....these things happen and the restaurant would just replace the missing order. It's really not that complicated. Like what??? I literally told the girl that it was just a steak bowl with everything on it and if she could just replace the missing order and she just hangs up on me. INSANE.

I came in when it was super busy and was fine waiting but when I handed my money over to the cashier who by the way usually has an attitude he tried to tell me the bill was fake. Said it didn’t “scan” but when his coworker ran it he said it was fine. I may be brown but my money is still green. Not okay!

Poor service from staff, tossed bowl aside and gave pitiful portion of meat and then proceed to give next customer a large amount. The meat must be coming out of the workers pocket…..look at the bowl , hardly can see any meat. The second server told me this is correct portion💀

I bought a bowl from here, but later from my receipt, I found out that extra ‘guac’ was double charged!
I only added one! I understand they can make mistakes but…

I was charged double for an amount that’s even less than a single serving. There is no reason i should be paying 17 dollars plus tax for a meat serving size that barely fits into a spoon. Incredibly rude worker who to my face said “just charge as a double” when I said that all i did was ask for a more reasonable amount. Never coming here again horrible attitude from the workers subpar food waste of money.
