I ordered crispy tacos and got soft. They also forgot the chips and drink with the kids meal. Effed my order all the way up and it wasn’t even busy.

Online website says it’s open but. Employees have a sing up stating. The location is temporarily closed for over 45min. (Not sure if they ever reopened. I was on my lunch break.)Yet the employees can be seen. Walking around the store talking. Or sitting outside in the parking lot. If you don’t want to work stay home.

I have been to soooo many Chipotles all across America and I can say this is the absolute worst. This is the second time I went there because I was visiting someone who lives in the area. The first time the line was so slow I waited for at least 20 minutes before my turn. This last time they were out of basic items and I usually get guacamole but it was badly discolored and had cheese all over it. What if I have a dairy allergy or am vegan? I will try to avoid this location from now on.

I ordered for mobile and received way less than what I PAYED for ! I asked for everything extra and received half less of what I payed for! Unless you go inside and watch them make your order , you can’t trust them to do it correctly on the mobile app!!! Smh HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Let me start by saying the woman who claimed to be the manager was very rude. She kept raising her voice and she made sure the whole store heard her yell. The customers were shocked by her behaviour and the employees were looking at each other like what’s wrong with her!? All I said to her: please check my order please, there’s a missing item and she went off in the rudest way. Shame on Chipotle hiring such caliber of service.

This chipotle is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Always out of ingredients. Employees are often on the phone while you are trying to order, ingredients are unavailable, or their ordering system is down altogether. Chipotle is pretty consistent in flavor and the bowl isn’t terrible if you can tolerate the poor service.

White woman working at the register is very rude and inappropriate with customers. I’d say maybe I could give benefit of the doubt if they were busy but they weren’t. I simply asked where my mobile pickup was after waiting patiently for 10 minutes AFTER it said it was ready. She immediately got HEATED and started clapping her hands and snapping out because I asked a question. Thankfully another worker, a sweet black girl came over and helped me and explained where my order was. This white woman, I wish I knew her name, shouldn’t work there. She clearly can’t handle the job if she’s going to be inappropriately snapping out on customers. Kind of want to call corporate, or reach out to the manager/owner there. The store is pure chaos for literally no reason they’re not even busy. How hard can it be seriously

Honestly I stopped going to this chipotle for many years but just went back today & everything is so great again! The food was fresh & delicious. The staff were so kind & on top of it! Really a great experience!

They need to change the manager or something , they have 1 person making food for line of 15 people. Everyone else standing around gossiping. They are a disaster. Such a shame, everyone doing what they want , not a boss in sight.
