The worst chipotle I've ever been to , one of the employees was super rude and very unprofessional. They didn't want to give me more rice even when I said I would pay extra . I got 3 bowls but got charged for 4 bowls , smh never coming to this location ever again !!!!

This is what I got. They forgot the main ingredient I paid for: the chicken. I got a raw cheese quesadilla.
When I called the service center they wanted the receipt number but the receipt was not in the bag. So I couldn’t get any refund.
Thank you for nothing! My kids cried when I opened the quesadilla. In case you can’t remember me: I am the one with a German accent who went to wash her babies hands and came back to the counter to get my bag with the food.

There is something off with my order every time I order here, so I stopped spending my money at this location a while ago. I had a free entrée reward in the app and thought I'd give this location a shot at redemption without the risk of wasting money. My mistake.
The salad I received had to have been someone else's because of how incorrect it was. I refuse to believe they intended it for me even though my name and order were stuck on top of the bowl and on the receipt taped to the bag. That being said, the sides and drink I ordered were correct, so there's a really good chance whoever made my salad just decided to take some creative liberties and make a whole new concoction that was barely edible for fun.
In addition to the staff using online orders as a creative cooking class and ignoring specific ingredients on the order, every time I have ever gone into this location over the past two years, they do not have any ice in the soda machine.

CATERING UNRELIABLE, DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!! If I could give no stars I would. We ordered a catering order last week (5 days ago) to prepare for a meeting that we had for our company today 12/17/24. I was sent a confirmation email with a code stating the time and location that I should pick up my order. We went to to pick up our order at the specified time and location and the restaurant was closed. Now everyone at our company meeting and all of our guests have no food for lunch. We called customer support an were told that there is nothing that can be done to help remedy this failure other than refunding us our money. No one emailed us in advance saying the restaurant would be closed and our order was taken and confirmed so now how do we know when it's okay to order? This is poor business and there is no excuse. No one made an effort to help us fix this situation that Chipotle put us in. Saying we are disappointed/upset is an understatement. Do better Chipotle.

For a place that sells burritos, one would expect them to be able to roll one—but not here, they fold it like a towel or blanket, and you end up with its contents all over inside the foil they hand it to you in.
The counter where they make your food is always dirty/contaminated. They just plop their aluminum foil on top of the mess and call it good.
I want to like this location because it’s literally across the street from my apartment, but I just can’t. Go somewhere else.
This location does not honor veterans on veteran's day.

I went in this chipotle briefly to grab a bowl for me and my sister there was rap music playing out loud while I got serviced by a women with headphones on. She was speaking very quietly so I was having a hard time hearing. I asked for spicy chicken and she responded “we don’t got that” she asked me if I wanted beans but I had a hard time hearing her she continued to speak up at me with an attitude saying “beans?!” Overall the workers were rude besides the girl who rung me up. Service so bad that it makes you want to write a review
