Walked in to order lunch, person building my bowl was distracted/looking everywhere and I had to repeat myself multiple times. When I got my bowl, there were no utensils available. I asked for a fork, waited for over 15 minutes could not eat my food. Will never come back to this location. Horrible service and quality of food

Really like the food, but the place appears dirty. EVERY Chipotle I go to, the counters always have food strewn everywhere! Can't the servers just take a towel and wipe it down in between serving. It looks so bad. It has turned me off so that I have even walked out!
These guys are horrible. I mean straight up don’t care about their job. They literally will sit on their phones while one or two people do everything. Why should I sit here for 20 minutes waiting for a doordash order? In the future I will never pick up an order from here. Not worth the money at all.

It was our first time at Chipotle. The lady behind the water counter was very friendly, helpful and above all patient with us. The portion was huge. Finally fast food that doesn't leave you feeling like you're eating unhealthy food afterwards.

The worker knew the rice was old and still proceeded to put it in my bowl instead of giving me the option to wait for fresh rice. They’re always low on food, and extremely slow and rude. Can y’all teach manners when training these people? Sheesh.

This Chipotle messes up my food every time, and they never EVER include the chips. You can't get anyone on the phone and have to take a credit (if that) through the app. Food is ice cold when you get it if you've ordered delivery, and be prepared to wait 30 mins after your promised time. This location made me swear off Chipotle.

We were visiting the area and tried to order ahead so we could pick it up without waiting. For some reason there was an error with the online order. We ended up going in person. We had to settle for whatever we could get because they were all out of most of what we asked for. No Quesadillas, really? They were also out of several toppings that we asked for including sour cream.The food was OK, and I am being generous as I was just really hungry at that point and would have been happy with a bowl of cereal.This was our first time eating at a Chipotle, and very likely our last as well. This was far beyond poor customer service, although they were rude and impatient, this goes to poor management.

Unfortunately, i wont be returning here1. When we walked in (my 11 and I), there was a young lady making a burrito. I assumed it was for 1 of the 2 gentleman already in line. It wasnt. It was hers. She made her burrito and left. Didnt acknowledge the customers who had come in or say someone would be there to assist us. There were 2 or 3 more customers after.my daughter and I.2. The counter was full of foods that had spilled-rice, meats and lettuce primarily. No one wiped it off. Just continued making orders.3. The store ran out of corn, lettuce and sour cream but didnt announce it. Had i known, i wouldnt have ordered anything.The store definitely needs a reorganization and for the staff to be retrained on customer service etiquette.

Like seriously, why is this location even open? The worst ever service, worst quality of food and the WORST people working there. They look like they hate their jobs, don’t pay attention to the food or the orders or hygiene. Overall it gives me a very negative feeling. My lettuce was brown and stale, the order was wrong and the folks there were pretty rude and didn’t give a flying f about anything.
