Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a bowl and it was empty. 15$ wasted on this damn shit. And I didnt get no refund the AI was not working when I called just nutty.

Worst service ever from this location. I came here 1.5 hours before closing time and the employees were blasting music and dancing while on the line. One employee had her phone inside her shirt as she was making my bowl and her phone fell into my bowl. She proceeded to ask me if I was ok with keeping that bowl and obviously I made her make me a new one!

Your store is very dirty. Know one cleans the tables off. I understand it is a Mexican restaurant. But 90% of your customers are American black white or other.. No reason to play Mexican or Spanish music all the time. They are playing music in the Servise and very very loud. And different music in the eating are. Will not be back to this location.

We waited in line for about 10 minutes, only to get to the front and be told they were no longer taking orders. No sign, no warning, nothing. Just had us standing there wasting our time. Really disappointing experience.

The location is in an unacceptable state of cleanliness, which conveys the impression that the Store Manager, General Manager, or corporate team does not prioritize customer service and is primarily focused on generating revenue. The staff exhibits poor attitudes, and their appearance is unkempt, which is inappropriate for a role in frontline food service. Given that their job involves handling and preparing food, there is no justification for these conditions.

Who is the manager? this location is a mess. Food is cold and everything is low. While your ordering you see rice in the fajitas , meat in the queso, the serving station just be messy all the time. And so does the soda machine area. I’ll take pics next time and show y’all

You’re supposed to be open til 11 but as soon as you see people walking to the door at 10:30 you rush to lock the doors?! Hope the mall replaces this store or replaces the staff

Hire people that knows English and actually helps you and not ignore you. I waited 5 mins just for the worker to hand me the order that was already done prior to my arrival. This location and McDonald's at Castor ave please avoid unless you want to be ignored and wait for more than 15 mins for an online order pick up.
