Employees will stand around while the line starts to form near the door to hold their conversations. Sadly it's the only Chipotle near by.

I sometimes crave chipotle but unfortunately because of the customer service and cleanliness of the store, I refuse to go to my nearest store. Very unprofessional staff and not the slightest bit pleasant. It will always be a no go for me.

Never Again. Substandard food. Ridiculously small portion size. Terrible presentation. While I do not expect the presentation of a 5 star, eat-in restaurant I do expect the preparation and packaging of my order to be enticing. I got garbage. I was robbed of almost $60.00. Don’t patronize this Chipotle. You will be greatly disappointed.

During my visit, I encountered the general manager, who conducted interviews on-site sometimes I see her
Unfortunately, her attitude was quite unprofessional and unpleasant.
I had my scooter with me, and when she noticed it inside the restaurant, she yelled loudly for me to move it outside. I believe it is unsafe to leave it outside, yet her response was not appropriate for a customer-facing role.
I feel that this behavior is not representative of Chipotle's values, and I believe it warrants attention. It would be beneficial for the team to address this situation to ensure a better experience for future customers.

I found a piece of hair in my chipotle bowl. I do not recommend this location. This is not the first time this happened. Also, the last time I ordered from this location, they gave me spoiled food and little to non-portions.

I can’t make this up. I’m doing door dash(right now). This store is dirty as crap and I watched the employee scratch his ear with his glove then picked up lettuce. So disgusting. And I had to say hello two times time get his attention. This store needs to be closed down detoxed and the staff need to be retrained. Thank God I don’t eat from here.

They need to put more food in the bowls for the price that they cost

This place is dirty and miserable

Me and my BF went to eat at 10pm and we were fine that they were out of lettuce and guacamole but the service was horrible. They were goofing off and weren't paying attention to the customers.

We was about to get served but the worker got distracted by the others and rudely ignored us as we was ordering. We ended up changing our mind and leaving 😒

The worker was being very greedy with portions. She put 2 tiny scoops of rice and thought it was too much and took a whole scoop of rice out of the bowl. I started arguing with her about it and she said the amount of rice she put is the regular amount and said extra rice cost more. I walked out and went straight to the one on Roosevelt where they don't charge extra for more portions. The worker was a black young woman, she takes her job way too serious acting like she's the one who is buying all the food and ingredients for her to decide the amount of rice I need.
