Every time I come here they are always short something this time I came and they didn’t have any rice and apparently one of the rice cookers were down so it’s gonna take even longer to wait for some rice. Last time I came they didn’t have any chips? The ice machine is always empty And the tables are always dirty If they are short something they could at least put a sign at the door so I don’t have to sit here and wait in line to then be told that there isn’t something.

I'm not sure if this is legal or if it's fair to the other customers that are already waiting in line shoulder to shoulder with a few drivers waiting for their orders to be handed to them for pickup and delivery. Look at all that food. The guy is trying to prepare everyone's food at the same time instead of preparing one order at a time. I tried to tell him that first one is mine. Can I get it? They say you got to wait. I told him. Could you just prepare that one since I ordered it first? They said I still got to wait and then they bagged mine up. Put it on top of the counter and then took another bag and called out the name and skipped me intentionally. I wonder if he thought that I was going to get angry enough to act violently but no. I kept my composure and just took it like a man. I hope nobody gets sick with this protocol by making six or seven different orders at the same time instead of making one order at a time. Here's the proof. Take a good look at what's on that table and how many receipts are sticking up. He can't say it was one order with 10 meals because if it's one order with 10 meals it would have one receipt with 10 orders on it. Anyway, eat at your own risk. I will no longer support Chipotle location on Cottman Avenue, Roosevelt Mall.

I'm truly starting to develop a strong dislike for Chipotle. I just stopped in this location(9pm)and plenty of options were out. The atmosphere was filthy! The drinks were low as well. These staff members need to be help accountable.

Delivery Order the lid was off the salsa container and most of it fell out into the bag and when I go in Chipotle you can get many toppings as you like but on line you have only a choice of 4 and the rest you got to get the chips. Some things like peppers and onions you can't get on a salad bowl & Chipotle on line don't allow Special instructionsNot the same as choosing your salad and toppings in person. I had to do my own pepper and onions

Im not even the type to do reviews but I placed an online order and when I got the notification my food was ready, I went in and 6 workers walked by me & ignored me the whole time I was waiting at the register for atleast 5 minutes. Mind you those whole 5 minutes the one worker was singing Beyoncé ? love Beyoncé but damn how about a “hi how are you, are you picking up?” The whole staff was rude, I’ve tried this location a couple times but definitely not coming back anymore

I was so disappointed with my bowl. I am a bypass patient. I order a bowl and it was not made with what I asked for. I paid a lot for this to have it delivered and I can’t eat it. I love chipotle but I am so disappointed

Good quality... Just can't eat anything with cilantro in it ? and a lil pricy for a taco lol, but usually worth it. Whatever you do, just do not order delivery! Cause if something gets messed up or forgotten, apparently yer just ish outta luck....?‍♂️

Went here for the first time and the service was horrible and employee wasn't nice at all I will NOT return to this location. I don't NOT recommend going here ! Totally messed up my apatite! I gave 1 star ? but really it deserves none costumer service is everything!

Horrible experience, got there and sir told me “we only doing online orders “ then proceeded to take people orders 3 minutes later. This Chipotle has been a disaster. Horrible management and staff. Never have what they should have to serve. Don’t even clean the tables or place. And staff is rude as well.
